Would get:

1 of (Vlad or Quentin), 1 of (Figgins or M. Young) + Wainright and T. Hoffman

Would be giving up Beltran, Wells, Theriot, Latos. Jim Johnson

2nd year of the 3yr keeper (keep 8)

Im currently in first and pretty much have a 1st rd bye clinched

So next year you guys finish and then start all over in year 4? if so I'd go Vlad and Young given that your team looks like it has a ton of speed already (young>figgins for power #s). If you can keep them longer than just next year, Quentin and Figgins.

You should DEFINITELY do this deal and I would take Quentiin and Young* (Young big upgrade at SS and Quentin more upside than Vlad)

*unless you REALLY feel you need Figgins SB for the playoffs - otherwise Young will have better BA and give you some power from SS position
