Need help with Keeper Selections - I'll answer Yours! (1 Viewer)

I need to make a decision this week to keep 2 of the 4 players below. We are a 12 team, 1 point PPR league, Auction Style. We get to keep 2 players at half of the salary that they were purchased for the previous year. I would say that good WR's are more at a premium than good RB's are in our league. We start with a $300 salary Cap. Here are my choices:

WR - Odell Beckham = $35.00 (Drafted the previous year for $70)

WR - TY Hilton = $1.00 (Dropped in the early part of the season and I picked him up on FCFS day for $2.00 - Steal)

RB-  Phillip Lindsey = $1.00 (Went undrafted. I picked him up for $2.00 on FCFS day) I'm a bit concerned about Freeman stealing more of his touches this year?)

RB - Damien Williams = $1.00 (Concerned a bit about how many other offensive threats KC has and if the rookie Thompson steal some touches. Great value though)

Initially I was leaning on going Lindsey and Williams (start the draft with $298.00 and 2 high upside RB's) but now I'm leaning more towards Beckham and Hilton. (Start the draft with $264.00 with 2 Top 12 WR)

You have to keep Hilton for a dollar.  Especially in a PPR league.

I'd probably lean toward keeping one of the running backs for a buck.  With those two players for $2 you can easily overspend somewhere else to get a top line receiver and a top line running back.  I'd personally do Williams.  I would never worry about a team having too many weapons.  Think about it this way, if they score a ton of points, they are going to be running the ball a lot in the second halves of games.  

I wouldn't argue if you kept Hilton and Beckham, but Hilton and Williams is what I would do.

At those prices, I agree with Husky. Hilton and Williams. I Ave some concerns about Williams, but with that low of an investment you really don't lose anything.

Agree with the other responses. Hilton at $1 is impossible to pass on, Luck or no Luck. Williams at $1 is also a great deal.

I am not a fan of Hilton.....especially with Luck gone.  The price is a little hard to pass on though..  then I lean William's even though I have my doubts he holds on all year.

Beckham would normally go for $69-$80 in this league. You guys would rather have TY at $1.00 than ODB at $35?
