Need Ice Cream Flavor Ideas for Contest (1 Viewer)

At work I'm part of a program where we do Liquid Nitrogen demonstations at local schools. The most popular part of the demo is at the end when we make "LIN Cream" for the kids which is ice cream quickly frozen with LIN. The group that does these demos gets together once a year and has a LIN Cream Freeze-Off contest to raise money for the United Way, I think there were around 20 entries last year. My group did a frozen elvis... chocolate and vanilla ice creams with banana, PB, and crushed bacon topping. (There were a ton of bacon entries last year)

Starting to brainstorm ideas for our recipe this year, any ideas? Looking for something would draw interest but at the end of the day it also has to taste good.

you know how good the milk is after eating certain cereals? Put some milk with a cereal of your choice in a container, let it sit for a while. strain it and use that milk to make the ice cream instead of regular.
