We've enacted a similar set up to Wrigley's league this year, but we have capped things at 15 dollars as opposed to 18.

So I have 15 dollars to spend on any number of keepers I want...

Lot of ways to go with this one and a lot suggest I should throw Ryan Howard back. I have 11th pick. This is a 12 team 6 x 6 (OPS and Holds) H2H league...

Miguel Cabrera will still qualify @ 3rd for this season, and there is very little substitute for Howard's power...

Here are my thoughts...

Howard - 5

Miggy - 5

McCann - 3 (man crush)

Joba - 2

The only substitutions I could fathom would be Fuentes and Josh Johnson instead of Joba, but I end up punting saves most seasons anyway....

OR instead of McCann - I could have Scherzer, Johnson, and Fuentes.

any thoughts on what to do? I just can't see letting Howard's 50 HR potential go back into the draft pool this season (the guy with the first pick has Pujols also)

I'd take my chances w/ Fuentes and Josh Johnson over Chamberlain. Johnson is a head case an might never put it together but two pitchers increases your chances by a factor of two.McCann is a no brainer if you have to start two Cs. It could be debated in a one C league.
