New $30 dynasty startup needs 2 asap no IDP or salaries (1 Viewer)

Couple people dropped from the startup dynasty i created so we need to fill it asap. Please look carefully at the rules and let me know if your interested. I will list a couple important things below

1- Must be able to use Group me

2- 5 hour draft timer that will NOT turn off

3- No trading startup picks (Trading players or future rookie picks during startup draft is allowed)

4- Trades create a poll that requires 8 vetos to veto. The trade will process in 24 hours

5- HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY ACTIVE

6- Be able to pay with leaguesafe

7- No complainers or drama
