* on-line MFL slow auction

* only top performing players receive salary increases

* ppr for wr and te

* no kickers

* all-play playoff format

* blind bidding FA

NOTE # 1: Minor rule changes will be determined by league wide vote prior to draft.

NOTE # 2 : All league owners' schedules shall be considered in developing the draft start date.

EDIT TO ADD...Payment is not due until AFTER voting of rules.

It is crucial that each owner has a voice in how his league shall be run....democracy.

Once rule voting is complete there will be no changes unless unanamous agreement.
