3 out of the last 4 weeks my players have been rated way higher than my competitors and yet I lose. Our scoring is almost identical to the FBGs system.

What I would like to see is the last weeks cheat sheet compared to the actual out come of the week. I think it would be interesting to see.

Maybe we could do a whiner vs. winner feature too. I don't know if you know this or not, but they don't actually see into the future to prognosticate the cheatsheet.

I think this is a good idea and one that's long overdue. But I don't think that the analysis should just be on how well FBG did vs. what actually happened. FBG's predictions should be compared against other FF websites to see how they stacked up each week relative to the competition.

Then maybe we could do a troller and whiner about whiner feature for guys like you  I actually wasn't whining or blaming FBGs....What I am looking for is another tool to try to pick up tendencies or learn from past mistakes. It must be a sad world to live in, to see only the negative in everything.

You aren't whining? Wow, I'd hate to hear it when you are.

Who is the real whiner here?!If you don't like my post and don't have something constructive to say .....

Help for you

Thanks. This is something we'll add to the (long) list of things we'll look at for 2008.J
In other words, it ain't happening. And in reality I don't blame them. Nothing but bad would come from it. If you actually did some work on this yourself, you would see that they had a pretty solid week. Favre as the #1 QB, Big Ben #3, Jesse Chatman #8 RB (which no other site had the guts to rank him very highly), etc. I'm sure that your league website can sort the weekly points for you, so just compare that list to the cheetsheets yourself and come to your own conclusions.Edit to add: I just compared my list to their chhetsheets and they did miss big with one player, Donovan McNabb. He was ranked #6 but finished #1 for QBs.

No offense intended but I don't think sarcasm is the correct response in this situation, it just makes you look like your afraid to show that you were wrong. When in actuality you could have just said, we use match-up data, past history, weather reports, gut feeling and whatever else you use to determine your cheat sheets and "you" and everyone that is buying them needs to understand, you don't have a crystal ball, so don't expect them to be 100% accurate every week. However, you do strive to provide the highest quality information and reports to your customers on a daily basis and this information is provided to assist them not base their fantasy lives on.

Thanks wilson.I didn't mean that to sound like a brush off but I just know how it is in season. We pretty much set everything up in place during the summer and then once the season starts, we just start knocking out the week over and over. There just isn't any time to add much of anything or even change much. We do a good number of the experts polls. The Fantasy Index Magazine poll is probably the most respected and longest running poll like that and we've done exceptionally well in that against other sites over the years. And the houndog thing that was also mentioned does some of this. Thanks for the feedback on this but I'm going to close this one so we can keep it to Shark Pool content.J

Sorry but no idea where you got sarcasm there. That is absolutely my honest opinion on it. We'll add it to the list of things we look at for 2008. Sorry you'd take it as sarcasm.J
