What is meant by in your rules when you say

Each Owner may roster up to five NFL Teams. (Only 32 NFL Teams Avaiable) This is a hard MAX. If found to own more than 5 you will lose all Rostered NFL Teams

please clarify if you can,
thanks

In the startup Vets, 2023 Rookies, a the 32 NFL Teams can be drafted. ( Packers, Cowboys, Patriots, Eagles,Giants)

Then those NFL teams can be held into on your roster for up to 2 years.

Then every rookie draft after rookie picks 1.01-1.06 are drafted the draft will be paused and the owners that have NFL teams on their roster may choose what rookies if any they want to keep from the NFL team they roster. If they have the draft capital to do so.

So if you own the Cowboys and they draft a RB in the real NFL draft in the 2nd round then you will give up your rookie 2nd round pick to take the player.

If you own the packers and cowboys and one drafted a WR and one Drafted a RB in the 2nd round and you want to keep both you would need (2) 2nd round picks to do so. Or give up a 1st and a 2nd.

After a player I’d kept from an Owned NFL team that team will go back into the free agent pool to be drafted again.
