Raider Nation
Devil's Advocate
Please tell me I'm not the only one who has been watching this. Tonight was episode 4.
Completely heartbreaking. Gooden is the most polite, likable man you can imagine as he is rehabbing. But he's never been able to shake his demons and that, sadly, will eventually kill him. He is deeply burdened with guilt for "choosing" drugs over his children, and he wants to repair the relationships.
I hope he gets things straightened out. I can't think of many athletes I enjoyed watching more than Doc in the '86 season.
