New to IDP (1 Viewer)

I just joined a league the uses the following starting lineup:

1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex, 1 PK, 3 IDP (no DST). I have a few questions.

1. How should I set up my roster limits in DD. As of now I have it set that I play 3 flex IDP. We draft 18 rounds. Will the reserve numbers that I put in change rankings? 2. When should I start to look at IDP's in the draft.

3. I usually wait to take a QB. Will this format affect that thinking?

4. Is there a way to add/subtract scoring in draft dominator? Example, we get multiple bonuses for yardage and IDPs get points for return yardage on turnovers.

Anyhow, I'm new to IDP so any help would be good but these are my main questions for now.

Your DD questions should go into the appliations forum.

With only 3 flex IDP, only advice I can give is to draft 3 LB'ers (unless you give an insane amount of pts for sacks/INTS.

And since you're only drafting 3 IDP's, that won't affect your drafting strategy for offensive players because you'll always be able to find quality defensive players at almost any spot in the draft.

Lastly, since your defensive scoring is nowhere near equal to your offensive scoring, I wouldn't touch an IDP player in your league until round 10 at the earliest.
