I've been playing Fantasy FB for 10 years, but this will be the first year of being in a ppr league. I can appreciate the effect that a full point per reception would have on draft selections, but how much would you alter your draft for a half ppr?
For instance, I have the 2nd overall selection in a 10 teamer, and let's assume I take AP with the first selection. At my next pick, RB's such as Ryan Mathews, Ryan Grant, and Shonn Green and WR's such as Wayne, Jennings and Colston are available. Would the 1/2 ppr override taking a potentially high performing RB in a "good" situation?
To me, the 1/2 ppr doesn't seem like it would amount to a significant difference within a given week. Would that be a wrong assumption?
