Is the following true, and if so, is there some document that can prove this on-line ?

On Sunday's, one of the two networks, either CBS or FOX, has a double-header (one of those games is the local area team). The other network gets one game.

So, are there always 3 games on each Sunday Afternon on CBS/FOX ?

i believe it is true that the networks alternate having a second/national game, but couldn't give you a source. how many games you get can vary by location. i.e. in new york we obviously get two local games. i also get the hartford/new haven cbs and fox channels, so i sometimes end up with quite a few games. hartfor cbs uses the pats as the home/ local team, so i get jets and pats at the same time sometimes.

Yep that's always the case where I live (WI).

There is up to 14 on Sunday. Sunday Ticket that is.

That's exactly what happens here in Southwest Missouri.We always get the Chiefs and usually the Rams, which leaves room for only one other game. Thankfully there is Sunday night & Monday night football so I can get some better games each week. I spend most of Sunday afternoons watching the stat updates online.
