NFL Classics come to NFL network (1 Viewer)

IRRC, a car isn't a classic until it is at least 25 years old. This is so pathetic that it is not funny. If they are going to show recent games at least show some HOF's. Barry Sanders, Dan Marino, Steve Young, etc. To show games that everyone but a six year old remembers is a joke. :lol:
:shrug: Finally they are showing some thing that is older then the wine in my kitchen

8 PM tonight is Chicago at Minnesota, December 1, 1994. What's this game about?
I'll give this one a shot, thanks for the heads up.Are they going to play any really old games, I'd love to see some games with Johnny Unitas, Jim Brown, Walter Payton, Dickerson, maybe some 85 Bears or 72 Dolphins, 70's Steelers, Lombardi Packers, etc;

"This was the game where Graham had a 60 yard punt return and we were up going into the 4th quarter and blew the lead. Then Buthead kicked a FG to put it into OT. Then we lost on a Moon to Carter bomb. Moon hit Carter on the first play from scrimmage in OT to beat the bears. It was a Sunday Night game."
One thing I'll always remember about this game......a GB of mine was getting killed on the Sunday games. He was down over $3K from the 1:00 games alone. So for this Sunday night game, he calls in a HUGE bet on the Bears +4. Game goes into OT, and on paper you have a 75% chance of winning a "+4" wager. Bears win with a TD, Bears win with a FG, and Vikes win with a FG. Only thing that beats you is exactly what happened. And honestly, odds-wise, a TD in OT is pretty uncommon, so in reality he had less than a 20% chance of losing.

WHOOPS!

He was on the verge of offing himself after this game. :lmao:
