I have been playing on NFL.com for years and in general I do understand that waivers are a certain period of time and whoever has the higher claim gets the player. But my question is why do some players get off the waiver wire before others if they were both locked on game time? Is it because there game time was different? For Example: Andy Dalton and Justin Jackson are both on the waiver wire and Andy Dalton got of it at 10 AM and Justin Jackson did not get off it yet. any reason? Is it because I put a claim on the player?
