Try to click on a highlight of a play in the play by play of any given game and usually nothing happens. If something does happen it is the wrong clip which has an annoying 30 second commercial at the beginning and is so pixelated you can't tell what is going on.

NFL.com is an example of severely over-developed website UI. There are so many errors on that website, it's almost not worth the visiting. Videos take forever to load, live game trackers don't always update, and the menu architecture is incredibly confusing. Not to mention the mobile site hardly works properly (links often don't open).

This is coming from a web developer fwiw.

I know... the first time that loaded was the last time I visited that page. I liked the simplicity of the previous structure... allowed you to sort and compare many teams/players at once.

Ditto. Except I don't develop web-sites, I visit them.NFL.com can be a hot mess.

NFL.com has been off my links for two years now.

The only time I ever go there is to see the gamebook pdf... and I try to click fast enough to beat any video pop up crap.

I have always used nfl.com for live game tracking on my ipad. It has been terrible lately though.

Any suggestions on a better Site to use? I do like the ability to easily switch from game to game, but when it doesn't update, it's not worth the effort.
