With Petrino out of the picture now, i wonder how that will effect Norwoods value.Say goodbye to Norwood's value if this happens.37. AtlantaThe Pick: Kevin Smith*, RB, Central FloridaThe Buzz: The Falcons are looking to retool the struggling offensive unit.
Yeah, it's early but it's a high need position for the Jets. This mock with Dorsey, McFadden and C. Long going top 3 is the worst possible scenario for them. Animal Jr. will be a top LB in the NFL so him going this early wouldn't be that terrible of a pick.No way James Laurinatis goes that high....and I am a Buckeyes fan.
Sometimes you go back.Jags pick 58 John Booty? I thought you has to be Black to be a Jags QB?
This one is the worst from the Steelers standpoint.
They're all equally awfulThis one is the worst from the Steelers standpoint.
Buzzkill...You know how many mock drafts are out there? This one is just as bad as the next...
I find these laughable. The regular season isn't even over yet and people are already "predicting" what team will take what...
Just wait until the combine, half of the players listed on any of those mock drafts will fall down or even out of the first round... hell, look for some people projected in the first round to go round 3. I remember 2006, everyone predicted Leonard Pope (TE for AZ right now) to be drafted round 1 by chicago (in the 20s)... he fell to the middle of round 3 to AZ. Boss Bailey anyone? I could go on...
These mock drafts are useless...
go to http://www.docsports.com/2007/nfl-mock-draft.html... look at how many they had right... I counted 4... 4/32... you'd have just as much luck throwing darts at names on a board to make your picks
totally agree with you here...yeah, that's what the Lions need, more skill positions on offense...what a joke...scary thing is, with Millen, it could happenI saw this one the other day...and I'm pretty sure the guy who did it doesn't watch football. He has the Lions taking a QB and a RB in the first two rounds![]()
I actually think that would be a great draft for the Bills. I've been saying for quite some time we will/should go OL, WR, CB in this draft. Walker is not very good and needs to be replaced. Besides, I think Clacy would be a beast on the right side. And to actually get Sweed in the 2nd would be fantastic. He would make a great #2 besides Evans. All we would have to do from there is get a solid cover-2 CB in the 3rd (wich is not too hard to find)Why the Bills would take an OT is beyond me. It's the best OL they've had in a LONG LONG time. I don't see them messing with it. They have needs at DT (way too weak), WR (no #2 go-to-guy), TE, and CB.
I would prefer to get a DT first round. We haven't had a good DL since Sam Adams and Pat Williams left. That was when we had a top defense. Teams can run easily on this D and we need to improve that. The DTs we have now are too weak to control the line of scrimmage. As much as I want to get a big, physical, possession WR to complement Evans (Like the Moulds-Price year), I think DT is what would help us out the best. Another gem. Nevermind that Tenn has spent their 2nd rounders the last two years on a RB, let's make it 3 years in a row! Or that special teams playmaker they really need comes off a year long suspension and is eligible to play next season.52. Tennessee The Pick: Felix Jones*, RB, Arkansas The Buzz: The Titans offense and special teams are looking for a big-time playmaker.
