No. Paramount has not even come close to replacing YouTube. I only say it vociferously so you don't get misled. Sunday Ticket is still YouTube.

And, if you're not going with the additional expense of SundayTicket, YouTube TV is still a one stop shop for all the broadcast games, Fox, CBS, NBC, ESPN are all available on YouTube TV.
