Is there anywhere on the web that shows the current, dynamically updated waiver order?

It started, of course, as worst to best records from last year but when you make a claim, don't you jump to the end of the line?

Any help is appreciated.

I believe Houston has the first rights for EVERY waiver claim during the off-season. Once the season starts, after week 1, who knows.

I remeber hearing on NFL network that Houston has the #1 position until week 3 then they start basing it off the current year. IIRC.

Ok, but if -- at #1 -- they claim someone, do they not now move down to the end of the line? Seriously, they have first dibs on everyone released?

I believe so. Most sports are reverse of winning %. Baseball is that way except by league first.

They don't move down any pecking order. The texans have the first claim on every single player released between now and the third week of the regular season.
