My only TE currently is Ertz. Would you trade Tyrell Williams for Kyle Rudolph 1 for 1? I have 4 good WR already....

Thanks for additional WR background. 

As a Minnesotan and VIking fan, I've seen Rudolph being a solid red zone target for the vikes, not just this year but has been in the past. The last 2 years he's had accurate QBs to hit him in the endzone.

I would say you are still covered at WR if you trade Tyrrell and get the upside benefit of Kyle Rudolph over Ertz. 

Send the offer out and see what happens.
