Bc whether it is legalized has zero baring on whether a worker is stoned at work and becomes a liability.

Random drug tests in no way demonstrate that a worker is stoned at work and a liability.

I haven't toked since 1980. I assume that probably qualifies me as a non-toker. That said, if it were legalized for recreational use, I would definitely be in. Not only that, seriously considering CO for our next vacation because of legalized pot.

I have this odd desire for Wal Mart to find a way to become the only legal pot distributor. Then we'll see who is really committed to hating Wal Mart.

100% yes.

I have smoked maybe 2 dozen times in my life but never once have I bought it. It's always just been from friends or friends of friends passing around the pipe/bowl/joint. If legal and available easily in stores, I would definitely buy and partake again.

I don't see it as an all the time thing, but in place of and/or an addition to a night of drinking, hell yes.
