Due to age and other circumstances I would move Favre and Hass down and move Palmer and Brees for sure above them. There are others I would also consider moving ahead of them as well.

No way is Romo ahead of Favre. Even if you knock Favre for last night's game, he still got further than Romo did, even though Romo arguably had a better team around him, and Favre's has the numbers and career to prove his greatness, as opposed to just being lucky enough to be on a good team. Romo still has to prove a lot before he is elite.
