Since Toomer is out for the year and either Carter or Tyree are now the 2nd wr, is it possible that Coughlin lines up Tiki in the slot or plays more two back sets with Jacobs getting more playing time? I'm just wondering if Toomer being out will benefit Jacobs in a big way ? Your thoughts

tyree is very underated rem week 3 this year and last year week 3 vs.SD 5-52 and a TD

WR David Tyree caught five passes for 72 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 against Seattle.

Normally a return specialist, Tyree came in for the benched WR Plaxico Burress and had a tremendous afternoon. He caught a 33-yard pass and then hauled in a nine-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter

last week Jennings was in the slot, Carter wide.

Moss has practiced alot in the slot, same with Carter

When Moss was asked about playing in a game this week he said, "Not this week."Coughlin said when asked about Moss' progress, "He practiced and he was extremely limited, as I told you he would be. He practiced a little more and he did a little more. I'd be much more pleased if we could just continue to build up the load and just continue to do that for awhile and have no setbacks. That would be a good start with that situation." To me that sounds like Moss will be OUT this week.Expect to see Carter follow by a little less Tyree and a hint of Jennings.To the original question, will we see Jacobs and Tiki together on the field, it's something the the fans and media have been clamoring for and seems to make sense to get these two playmakers out there together, but Coughlin has been pretty non-committal on the issue. He's not one to reveal game plans so it's really anyone's guess.
