Hey guys, PPR league, I'm currently down by 6 points and I have both Odell Beckham Jr and Sterling Shepard to play tonight. My competitor still has Brandon Marshall left to play. Any last minute advice between OBJ and Shepard? Thanks again!!!!

Ugh, I am in a similar predicament.... I assume you only have one spot left to start?

I may go with sheppard here, not sure.  If Pregame warmups indicate ODB is good to go, maybe swap out.

Has ODB ever been on the field as a decoy in the past?

Ya I'm leaning towards OBJ and the giants have stated they wouldn't use him as a decoy but man it's dicey hahaha

OBJ if active ... otherwise Shepard .. They won't let Beckham play if he isn't right.

The best I could find is this NY Post article from 9/8 where Eli Manning is quoted as saying, “You’re not gonna put someone out there that’s gonna risk injury or making something worse because of a decoy. That wouldn’t be a smart move.’’ Which makes sense, but isn't definitive. That said, I doubt they play him simply as a decoy. I really don't think they'd risk the setback on the injury if they didn't think he could produce on at least a few plays.

Jene Bramel tweeted yesterday, "NYG likely won't specifically scheme decoy routes but there will be times Beckham will run routes he will struggle to win on." And I think that is a fair assessment at this point.
