I've had to much to drink :banned:  but believe that these are good tunes that people should take in .  :2cents:

The Who, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Dylan, Stevie...  These are your idea of "Off the beaten path"????

Certainly not a well known band but they do have a bit of a cult following, including me and few others on this forum.

This guy is missing in Scotland and may have killed himself yesterday.  I really hope not.  And this song makes me even sadder if that has happened.  I've seen them many times and this is what he does in a live show.  Such a great front man. Hope to get some good news soon. Many great albums and songs.

Love the band and especially the song. Listening to him, it’s not hard to imagine him being suicudal. It’s very sad. I hope he is ok.

I'll give it a go to what I thought was the intent...

10yo floppinho is doing an avant garde music performance group, they just played Spaghetti Eastern by a guy in the Brooklyn Raga Massive (he sat in at their pefromance playing sitar and looking a #### lot like like Jermaine Clement)

They played John Zorn's Sariel (here, with Pat Metheny, not a 12 yo spazzy guitarist) last performance.

I'm hoping they do Meredith Monk's Panda Chant next.

Bam...IDLES two-tone, because bam.

Great song , most likely too purvy to even mention here in the ffa in 2018
It was one of the first songs like 10 years ago I was singing a long to and was like, “wait what was that?” It’s art and observation so it’s not anything worth getting offended by but Townsend getting invested for child porn didn’t help the song out at all.

:(

His Owl John album was fantastic. Gave that a somber spin yesterday

Also, just got me a new set of Sennheiser Urbanite XI bluetooth headphones, list for $299, must be replacing the model as its down to $150-175.... found open box for $95 and STONE COLD GROOOOVIN'

Highly recommended, including if you can find for only $150

REALLY good sound for the price. Soundstage is good, not great, but detail, balance and overall musicality is there. Great bass response, but also smooth translation throughout the registers. Oh, can advance, fast forward, rewind, pause and do all phone related functions by swiping the headset with our finger. Really nice feature.

carry on.

are you a high end sn0b? I got some ATs I got for my birthday a couple years ago. Will I notice an upgrade iyo?

Kind of a dumb song but it also has like 20 different meanings.
I'm just happy to be hanging out on Saturday night, man. It can also be quite literal if you take the lyrics literally, and I actually can.

Graci for the shout-out, was feeling a little alone this Saturday and grateful for the mention.

I've got some Sennheisers from 2011...still sound like a dream.

You are are my dude on here. It's actually my birthday. Wife and I had a wedding to go to. It was a great night, she is asleep now. I am still enjoying life.

I have two older pair... one from probably around that time, maybe 2012 or 2013. Over the ear 398 maybe? Just awesome, but was a mesh open ear and I prefer a fully enclosed. Right after they discontinued the on ear Momentum, I got it for a redonk low price. After adjusting to on ear, they have really great sound.

But I really needed a new set with bluetooth, and have to say I'm impressed, if not surprised. Love Sennheiser

Thanks, man. I love hearing that. All of it. And Happy Birthday, friend!

And Koya, man, we are straight on the Daft Punk mash-up, which sounds awesome.

Get in whatever zone best suits you. Pump up the volume.  Hit up that version of No Sleep 'til Brooklyn and BOOyah.

The only complaint I have ever had with mine (over the ear), is that they were a little to tight when new. Over the years, this has ceased to be an issue.

I would really like to get a fully enclosed...

...maybe you all could send me a pair for 80's birthday?

Reasonable...no?

For Otis or Chet, sure.
