so, I have a quick chili recipe I threw in the crock pot a bit ago.  I am a big fan of Wendy's chili, so its kind of a hack.

I use; 1lb ground turkey (browned and crumbled), 3 15 oz cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes, 15 oz can tomato sauce, 2 packages mccormick chili powder (I use 1 mild, 1 hot), 10 oz can of rotel diced tomatoes w green chilis, finely diced onion, 2 celery stalks, green bell pepper, 1 can pinto beans with juice, 1 can dark red kidney beans with juice.  dash of vinergar.  salt pepper to taste.  crock pot high for 5 hrs, low for 7-8.  if you want to thicken, add tbsp. of corn starch.   wa la.

On the pitching side, I got my two aces and will full in with 3 or 4 more starters with K potential. Need to keep my WHIP and ERA right where it is and I need to add saves. Too early for closers, though. Especially since the elite ones are gone.
