People have been good about @'ing and texting out of courtesy, but it's not everyone else's responsibility to make sure others are following a draft they are in.

At this point in this draft I don't think it matters. But one could argue that those getting notice have an advantage over those who don't. It's not hard to implement and makes the draft go more quickly. But I am advocating future drafts not this one
