***OFFICIAL*** 2018 Cakeleeg Thread - 28th round is "touch and go" (1 Viewer)

Just slammed with conference calls all morning.

Sorry, I was on mute .

Just slammed with conference calls all morning.
Sometimes I like to just sit on mute for awhile to let the panic build when I'm asked a question.

Then jump in and be "oh lol sorry, was on mute!"

Good office times.

25.07::TRE::RP::STL::Tyler Lyons

Good as bonus innings, better as a closer if the stupid Cards don't sign Holland.  Gregerson eats balls.

25.09 Kirby Yates RP Whale’s ###### Friars

The Padres have to trade Brad Hahd eventually, right? Should be good relief innings until that time.

25.10 - Yangervis Solarte - 1B/2B/3B/SS - TOR

"....with Tulowitzki and Travis both locks for 160 games each, and Donaldson having his healthiest spring yet, let's be honest, Solarte just won't see many at-bats..."

Lynn's 3 IP: 41 pitches 26 strikes 7/10 FPS 7 sw/miss (6 on Fastballs) 6 fouls 0 H 1 BB 5 Ks 0 balls out of infield Hit 94 on stadium gun 2x Hit 93 8x

Suck it, Dr. D...CY YOUNG COMIN

This guy still in the league?
Martin looks like the top candidate to lead off for the Tigers this year, and the team will surely want him to emphasize getting on base over hitting for power. If Martin gets on base enough, he could be a sneaky source of speed, as he's stolen at least 20 bases in a season three times in his career.

Yeah, that's kind of been his problem.
