Great game 1 for the Guardians! Bieber pitched lights out and of course, it was Jose to provide the offense. Don't care what time they start, as long as they win!
I wouldn't mind if the Guardians won. Anybody but the Cardinals, Dodgers, or Mets.

On the double-play hit by Pujols, Segura took the throw from Bohm, re-adjusted his grip on the ball, then tied his shoelace, then adjusted his cap, then checked his wristbands--and got the ball to Hoskins about two steps before Pujols arrived.

Pitching and Defense. Rays Guardians 0-0 heading to top of the 8th. I enjoy these types of games.
Yeah, but it’s a pain if you’re a fan of one of the teams.
I don't know if it's a pain, but more edge of your seat uneasiness. playoffs baby!
But other than Cleveland having one potential inning there hasn’t been anything edge of your seat about it. Just a bunch of weak pop outs and 1-2-3 innings.

I usually complain about how boring baseball is but this is like another level of boring I didn’t know existed. Thank god CFB is on as well.

Brujan and Mejia had OPS's under .600.

That's when you know there's an out coming. That's what makes it even more brutal. These guys have no prayer up at the plate with any shadows. They're awful to begin with, never mind against specialists blowing 90-95 on the gun with a nasty out pitch.

Oh well, I'm cheering for the Rays for my nephew, who will go see the Yankee series in Tampa with my mother and brother if all works out. Let's hope it does.

Sorry, Tom.

Give me back the steroid era. These guys look like they have trouble lifting the heavy wooden bats.

The guy that just flew out to right for Cleveland looked he hit that ball as far as he could for a shallow fly to right.

Woof.

Watching these games just confirms to me that the Red Sox were almost thoroughly unwatchable this year. My family persisted in thinking otherwise.

OOOOOOOOF. Major League Baseball. Come and get it!

It’s horrible. Thank god I’m done for the year. GL to all the other teams except the Yankees.

Welp. That's that for me, too. Good luck to all the other teams besides the Yankees here as well.

Go Guardians! Win another one for Terry.
I've got a bandwagon for you.

Jays probably aren't going all the way but I don't have any complaints about them being fun to watch. Young, exciting team, with all the highlights and mistakes that come with that 🤷‍♂️

Forget this. Jump the **** off before you're invested like me.

Don’t you live just outside of San Diego? Get on board Rock!

I used to go see them at Jack Murphy for five bucks. Nothing but good vibes for the Padres, but they aren’t getting past L.A. Besides, I have Mets fans in the family. Don’t think they’d be too happy. But good luck!
