I really can't believe Baltimore didn't bunt there with first and second, no outs, wild pitcher, slow guy on first, and down a run. Terrible dwcision imo.

The problem is Santander was the batter.

Pinch hit to bunt. I did it as a manager plenty of times.

It's an option, but not without risks as well. He was their entire offense, if the bunt didn't work out or his spot in the lineup came up again you'd be kicking yourself.
