Vinny Testaverde (probable, team decision) missed his third straight practice Friday. The Panthers' QB will be a game-time decision in Week 15.

For such an awful team, the Panthers have a lot of drama. If Testaverde can't start, undrafted rookie Matt Moore will be the man. All this makes Steve Smith a very shaky play, even in leagues that start three wide receivers.

Man, Smith owners sure had it rough this year. We saw him explode early this year with Jake then up and down with Vinny and completely down with Carr.
