Official Donald Trump for President thread (2 Viewers)

If the news from today about what's been done to ISIS is true, things just got tougher for Trump. Like sub Mondale territory. Which is unbelievable, because HRC is on the reprehensible side herself. The maroons who lost in the primaries to this guy have to be crying themselves to sleep at night. Several could have had a shot at beating HRC.
Many Republicans should be crying themselves to sleep at night too.  It would have been a cakewalk for a moderate like Jeb or Kasich to beat Hillary.  It was obvious to me that the people pulling the lever for Trump in the primaries were ensuring Hillary would be their next president.

Jeb wouldn't have won. Too much of a wet noodle. Kasich and Rubio, Ryan, maybe even a guy like Rand Paul would have given her all she could handle.

Put that wet noodle next to Hillary and it gets pretty stiff.  Her likeability ratings are the lowest ever, besides the Donald, of course.

Our whole country should be crying themselves to sleep - all of this anger and hatred won't just magically disappear on nov. 9th -

Seriously, if he bails, who replaces him, and could that person win it?
Probably Ryan.  Maybe so.  But it'd be a hell of a mess.  Cruz probably wouldn't just go along to get along and I think he could single-handedly scotch it.

Plus you'd think it'd be easy to plant stories that he was forced out by "the Establishment".  Many people would be saying it for sure.

He looks drunk.
What was he talking about? Trojan horses? Time to start calling for some dementia tests.

That said, the I want to get out of here, I want to go home thing didn't seem like a big deal to me in these (except for its expression that Altoona wasn't really worth his time), he's just being his goofy extemporaneous self. He didn't seem beaten.

Cruz is just a different dog with similar fleas. He'd get crushed too.

Agreed, was expecting more/less

Ms. Res, the author of “All Alone on the 68th Floor,” a memoir about her days as a woman in the male-dominated construction industry, said Mr. Trump’s inaccurate claim that Hillary Clinton was a “founder of ISIS” reminded her of how he talked in the office.

“For one thing he tends to exaggerate tremendously,” she said. “Like the thing about being the founder of ISIS.”

“He used to do that all the time. He would make a tremendously exaggerated remark, or make something up that wasn’t even exaggerated, and then he would pounce on it and repeat it,” Ms. Res recalled.

Anyone who thinks Donald Trump would drop out of the race doesn't have their finger on the pulse of this election, imo.

The guy is a fighter. You're more likely to see him disappear for 2-weeks and spam negative Hilary Clinton ads during that span and make a triumphant return than to see him just quit.

Plus, he really wants to debate Hilary and he knows that it will be much more difficult for the media to twist what he says during that since there will be much back and forth between the two.

It's over guys. Trump has lost. Clinton will win in a landslide. Yep she is up by double digits. The Dems don't even have to come  out in numbers you guys got it.

Well at least he has moved past this type of behavior.

If he would just stop talking and campaigning he would help himself quite a bit. People are going to turn out because they despise him.

There's a small part of me that feels sorry for Trump. Imo he clearly didn't want to win the nomination. He wanted the attention and glory without the actual hard work. Ben Carson style. Now he's stuck in a mess he never wanted with no way out. He probably is thinking of every possible angle to drop out without losing his cash cow supporters.

“I want to go home.”
I'm sure he does, we all doubt ourselves at times. Maybe it's going to take staring a massive landslide loss to get this guy to start acting right. Rock bottom does a lot to motivate people and show them the error of their ways. Still has not spent any money attacking Hilary Clinton.

There's no chance in hell he drops out.

And why did this happen. Because he's a crappy candidate, a lousy person and he has ugly ideas, he makes stuff up, he hides other stuff, and he's about to lose to the most beatable candidate the Democrats have put up in years. Oft stated fact but she has (had) the worst favorable numbers ever. Except for one guy. Arguably this will go down as the worst candidate and worst campaign of all time. Remarkable. This is pathetic.
