Can you imagine if a tape came out of Hillary talking about wanting to #### a married man and how much she likes grabbing #####?
This is an example of the sexism that is rampant in this election.

Jon Huntsman calling for Trump to step down and let Pence lead the ticket. Pence could actually win and that's a scary thought.

As a Hillary supporter I would be willing right now to see Pence get elected if it meant Donald Trump being repudiated and humiliated.

How about we stop consuming this high fructose news syrup and actually demand real policy discussion?

It bothers me so much that things like this have a bigger impact on the election than actual policy debate.  This is obviously not a good thing for trump, but shame on all of us for consuming these sound bites instead of demanding real discussion of the issues.  If you're angry about government inaction on global warming and eagerly watching and reading news about trump's hand size and genital handling, you shoulder part of the blame.  Shame on all of us.

You will be alive to vote for maybe 15 presidential elections and there are a few short months of actual discussion that determine who will lead the world and we are still talking about whether this candidate sweats or that candidate inhaled or this candidate said something mysogenistic 11 years ago.  We get some lip service discussion of whether trump is going to build a wall or clinton is going to require women to make as much as men.

Imagine them talking about what they actually want to do with health care and whether they'd fix obamacare or how they'd replace it.  Or talking about the economy in 10 years when transportation is more automated and truck drivers are out of work?  Can we talk about the deficit as a multiple of gdp?  Of course not.  Trump has little hands and hilary has a weird shoulder wiggle thing.

If you want it to change you can't accept it when the other guy is the one getting skewered for some awful but ultimately inconsequential gaffe.  Please, guys on my side of the aisle, take the high road this time.  Don't feed the beast.
This was preordained before even when Hillary announce but we knew she would run and then it was exponentially increased when Trump entered the race.

I don't believe that's how it works. The GOP is on the ticket/ballot. If there is a need to make a change to the name on the ballot there are rules for doing so. Rule 9: https://s3.amazonaws.com/prod-static-ngop-pbl/docs/Rules_of_the_Republican+Party_FINAL_S14090314.pdf
Deadlines are approaching this month in the battleground states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan and Nevada for the political parties to certify the names of presidential candidates and electors for the general election ballot. Other states have deadlines rolling through the summer, with some like New Hampshire allowing prospective changes as late as October.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz pulls support for Donald Trump: "I do wish that Mike Pence was on top of the ticket"

Just for the sake of argument, or fun because all the Trumpites took their ball(s) home long ago....

...We agreed as a nation some time ago that sexual misbehavior or even other misdemeanor type activity does not disqualify someone from being president, right? Didn't we establish that?

We've established that getting caught on tape disqualifies you.

Or are we really that simple? Transcript of a president making plans to cover up a political burglary, meh no big deal. But a tape of him discussing the cover up? Resign. Same act, just different perceptions of that act created by sensory presentation of it. Ok.

This just gets more surreal with every passing day.

Pence is on record saying he is a Christian, a conservative and a republican, in that order. It will be interesting to see how he spins this. Remember that Trump was trying to bed a married woman.

Huntsman has said Trump should step down because he is unfit, but he is still voting for him. WTF?

When do you put country before party?

unreal

Most people don't put country before party.  Or neither of these turds would be on the ballot.  We would have Sanders vs Kasich.

Forgiveness and repentance. Not that Trump would ever repent of any action. There's also Roe versus Wade, about which Pence presented his beliefs very well during the debate.

We agreed that hysteria and overwrought condemnation is the fitting response to sexual misbehavior type activity.  One president was even put through the impeachment process for getting smoked while in office.  Depends on the level of Shame, Shame and the timing of the events as to how it all plays out.
