Great news. The Bush clan is staying away as well. We don't want these low energy losers infecting the building.
I know, right? Three election victories, vaults and vaults of millions in GOP donors at their beck and call, who needs that what with Mitch McConnel and Newt in tow and Donald hat in hand these days, huh?

- The stuff you guys focus on - 'energy', how many Hispanics are on twitter, Corey Lewandowski's grip strength.... take a page from SlapDash & BS further up.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.  What a complete ####### idiot:

One day after assuring Americans he is not running for president “to make things unstable for the country,” the presumptive Republican nominee, Donald J. Trump, said in a television interview Thursday that he might seek to reduce the national debt by persuading creditors to accept something less than full payment.

Asked whether the United States needed to pay its debts in full, or whether he could negotiate a partial repayment, Mr. Trump told the cable network CNBC, “I would borrow, knowing that if the economy crashed, you could make a deal.”

He added, “And if the economy was good, it was good. So, therefore, you can’t lose.”

So basically, Argentina.

Go in debt, beg for an extension, repayment of terms, bond rating goes further in the toilet. Incredible.

Trump again links Rafael Cruz to JFK's killer

...

“All I was doing was referring to a picture that was reported and in a magazine and I think they didn’t deny it,” Trump said Wednesday during a phone interview with ABC’s “Good Morning America.” “I don’t think anybody denied it. I don’t know what it was exactly, but it was a major story in a major publication and it was picked up by many other publications.”

Trump argued that the tabloid has “brought many things to light” and insisted that all he did was allude to the cover story.

“I’m just referring to an article that appeared. I mean, it has nothing to do with me,” Trump said.

... “You know, the father was very active in the campaign. He said some very nasty things about me in the morning,” Trump said Wednesday. “You know that. And it was reported. It wasn’t nice what he said about me. And I just referred him to articles that were in various periodicals.”

Two things:

1. - I believe Donald believes this JFK bs. He's a conspiracy theorist. He is an "InfoWars" guy.

2. - Donald will not let things go, he obsesses and obsesses and obsesses. Cruz has quit, but Trump will never, ever let his craziness for him go. Horrible quality in a president, he will bring personal resentments and personal obsessions to domestic and foreign policy.

Don't know if it's been mentioned haven't been on the board much but Trump wearing that miner hat yesterday reminded me of Greg Stillson character in The Dead Zone

Walking Boot:

From your link: "11.1% of Hispanics use Twitter". So they're 15% of the population, and if this Taco Storm is happening on twitter, only 11.1% of the 15% of the population is seeing it. That's 1.66% of the US population.
This is a neat game. Let's continue playing:

40.2% of voters in the Republican primaries voted for Trump. So they're 17% of Republicans, and Republicans are 29% of all Americans. That's 1.9% of the US population.

This is 100% accurate. I was talking with someone who was at a dinner that Trump was also at. Not sure exactly what brought it up, as I wasn't there, but Trump was talking about his bankruptcies and how he made it his life mission to bring down anyone that didn't help him when he asked for it.

Kinda hoping someone goes at him about cheating at golf.  Oscar de la Hoya gave some interview the other day where he said Trump's a golf cheat.  You know that would just drive him nuts.

Maybe they could ask him if he feels entitled to cheat because his stubby fingers put him at a disadvantage on the links.

“I’ve given up a tremendous amount to run for president,” Trump told Blitzer. “I gave up two more seasons of Celebrity Apprentice.”

This is quite possibly the greatest sentence in human history.  Later, when the aliens are picking through the rubble, a video of this sentence will be played, and one will turn to the other and say “that’s what happened. that explains it all."

I googled "I have the greatest narcissistic personality disorder" and I got a googolplex of hits.  I win beetches!!

Exactly. So it's just as right to question whether Obama has it as if Trump has it, so my initial comment was completely on target. That list of symptoms sounds a lot like Obama and is equally applicable to him as it is to Trump.
You need to have a large ego to run for office, that's a given. However, Trump has risen above the threshold of where it's largely benign to potentially disastrous. Anyone with eyes, ears and a functioning brain knows that there's a very good chance Trump is mentally ill.

You're saying you want your own Obama? Are these things you approve of, so you want more, just from a GOP-Trumpian ideology?

Ah, I remember the good old days when conservatives kept telling us it was bad to have a narcissist in the White House. 2014 seemed like such a long time ago...

Just a note to remind people that Trump has gotten around. I believe this. I have a friend whose dad knew him in real estate, his story is that Trump was a hustler and totally unreliable. He basically tried to hold people up. But your point is way more important for his inability to be a decent president. Horrible character trait in a president.

Lessee:

  • Alinskyite tactics of threatening violence at the convention.
  • Crazy advisor with conspiracy theories and racist beliefs (and uhm whom he hasn't disavowed).
  • Narcissistic and fame obsessed, basically just electing a cult of personality.
  • When he says weird stuff, he's just trollin', but in a good way. No way he believes that.
  • Won't turn over embarrassing records.
  • Parent from another country.
Who is this?

"my friends dad said trump is a poo poo head"

:lmao:

I'd love it. After complaining for years that liberals were blind and didn't see the dangers of Obama overstepping his authority, trying to point out how awful it'll be for the country when someone they don't like is in charge (I can't count how many times I asked "Would you still support this if President Palin does the same thing in 8 years?"), I can't wait for the chickens to come home to roost.

Liberalism made this bed, I'd want nothing more than to see them lie in it. Throw due process and checks and balances out the window to get what you want, fine, now reap the whirlwind.

No better thing could happen to this country than have Trump destroy both parties in the process. We'd be fine rebuilding from the ashes once Leftism is crushed for good.

It's hard to understate what a disaster this would be. You are talking about a worldwide economic catastrophe. That he is seemingly unaware of this just shows how unfit he is for office. Truly dangerous for the country really.

Personally, I just love how he goes out of his way to avoid mentioning the name of the paper he's referring to. "A magazine". "A major publication". "Various periodicals". No, Donny, it was the National ####### Enquirer.

Jeb too:

[...]

The American Presidency is an office that goes beyond just politics. It requires of its occupant great fortitude and humility and the temperament and strong character to deal with the unexpected challenges that will inevitably impact our nation in the next four years

Donald Trump has not demonstrated that temperament or strength of character. He has not displayed a respect for the Constitution. And, he is not a consistent conservative. These are all reasons why I cannot support his candidacy.

Hillary Clinton has proven to be an untrustworthy liberal politician who, if elected, would present a third term of the disastrous foreign and economic policy agenda of Barack Obama.

In November, I will not vote for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, but I will support principled conservatives at the state and federal levels, just as I have done my entire life.[...]

So ridiculous. Guess there is nothing left to post. No more useless links.
 So I know I guy who knows a guy who worked with the guy running for president. And Bucky knows someone who knew him personally.

Or go back to reading published reports, like Trump City:

The battle that followed was an epic one—Mr. Trump this week recalled it as a “war to the death”

... “That was a war to the death—with everybody,” Mr. Trump said this week.
http://observer.com/2008/08/remember-trump-city/

- I'm sure you weren't reading the OP anyway but this is the point.

He's been on Fox and ABC now saying this and the "reporters" don't throw that at him which is maybe more amazing.

DONALD J. TRUMP RESPONSE TO LINDSEY GRAHAM

"I fully understand why Lindsey Graham cannot support me. If I got beaten as badly as I beat him, and all the other candidates he endorsed, I would not be able to give my support either. Every time I see Lindsey Graham spew hate during interviews I ask why the media never questions how I single-handedly destroyed his hapless run for President. As a candidate who did not receive 1% in his own state - compared to my victory at nearly 40% with many others in the race - he has zero credibility. He was a poor representative and an embarrassment to the great people of South Carolina. Judging by the incompetent way he ran his campaign, it is easy to see why his military strategies have failed so badly --- we can’t even beat ISIS!

While I will unify the party, Lindsey Graham has shown himself to be beyond rehabilitation. And like the voters who rejected him, so will I!"

Trump is busting balls here, spergy. Anyone that takes this serious discredits themselves
He still sends pictures of his hands to a reporter who said he had small hand once 20 years ago.

The he foreign and military advisors thing is very very scary.  Nobody in their right might can vote for this guy. He has no clue how to be president.

It's really weird, odd and self-defeating to take a candidate seriously by saying you don't take him seriously.

Anyway he's made clear that he's totally into this JFK stupidity, he buys it, he really does, and so does Roger Stone. I won't hash it out in the other thread because I leave you guys be but here in the JV thread I will.

Recognizing when Trump is just busting balls means I don't take him serious on anything? HAHA
