:lmao:   wtf.  There is no way he is not trolling the nation on this entire candidacy.  He is totally going to pull out of the presidential race the week before the main election.  Then he's going to reveal and premiere his new reality series premiering on Bravo:  The Great Race™.  This whole time he has been recording a series on how ridiculous our election process is.

I keep trying to deny that he is doing this...But this ad plus Saintsindome2006 post that he will pull out of the WTO if they don't renegotiate, it just seems this is what he is doing.

Sounds like he's about to make a great deal for America. How many times have I heard people say "Trump can't do this, Trump can't do that".

We have leverage, we have resources. We are the economic engine of the globe. They need to realize we can sustain ourselves and aren't afraid to take our ball and go home!

There's this weird notion that America needs the rest of the globe. News flash, they need US.

...and if they don't start treating us with respect, we won't be wasting our time with them. We deserve the best.

I agree.  He's not nearly as stupid as he's coming across.  The plagerized speech with the Rick roll was all the proof we need.

...and they should, it's arguably the best idea rather than flood Europe with people who won't assimilate, aren't wanted, and can't be sustained economically.

These gulf states are RICH.

How sad that America floats the bill for other countries so routinely that the idea of other countries like Mexico or the Gulf States who are in better economic situations than we are... paying for something practical for us or the globe seems obscene?

You can't think the world is that simplistic. You want to drive the world into a deep depression and possible World War, sure, lets close the borders and have nothing to do with the rest of the world

Not everyone, the smart leaders will join our side. Those who have nothing to hide will embrace the light.

Those who want to live in darkness will be exposed. There is a lot of evil in the world today. We can avoid recession, we have 90% of the resources we need right here in our own country.

 
Things don't have to stay the way they are. We have the power to create whatever future we want for ourselves and our children.

It's only when we give into defeat that we begin to decline.

Well it's not fair to Europe to take in all these migrants when these gulf states refuse to take in ANY.

If that means war, bring it on. We'll see how quickly they decide to create safe havens.

I agree with the first paragraph.  It is also when we achieve victory for policies that are wrongheaded and damaging that we decline, however.

I agree, that would be terrific but that's not what I'm talking about.  There are critical raw resources that we cannot produce enough of here to sustain our needs.  We are fully dependent on the kindness of other nations to supply us with these resources.

Which would be a valid point if I was preaching 100% isolationism. There will be enough counties willing to go to bat for us and their increased trade with the United States will help improve their economies.
