Its interesting that voters have always elected the candidate they'd rather have a beer with.  But not this time.  I don't think anyone knows what Hillary does for fun.  She seems to be a total workaholic.  She has no hobbies and no passions outside of work.  Voters normally find such a person totally unrelatable.  Trump is a much more well-rounded individual.  But he will lose badly.

Uh, yeah we do.  Clinton is a boozer and if you don't think she'd be interesting to sit down with at a bar and have a few drinks, you are out of your mind.  Meanwhile, the Orange Droolius is proud of his sober ways, we know because he has told us 922,929,553 times that he doesn't drink.  On top of being boorish, he would bore me to tears with self congratulatory boasts about how great he is.  Who cares?  Give me an evening with Hillary any day of the week and twice on Sunday.  To wit:

It’s not hard to get Hillary to do things that will make her look like one of the guys, if not better. During the 2008 primaries she tried to connect with Wisconsin voters by relating how, the first time she went hunting, she shot poor Daffy right out of the sky, much to the astonishment of the men who’d expected her to fail.

In a similar vein, she told about how she challenged John McCain to a drinking contest while the two were on a congressional tour of Estonia, and beat him after downing four shots of vodka. “She’s a girl from Illinois who likes to throw ’em down with the rest of us,” said her campaign manager.

Senator McCain admitted to having a couple of drinks, but denied there’d been a contest. Yet so fond was Hillary of this tale, she repeated it on a clip which she posted on her Facebook page. Look at the woman in this video, people. Doesn’t quite look like she could walk a straight line, does she?

Hillary Clinton continued to drink her way through the 2008 primary season. There was an excruciatingly embarrassing scene at Bronko’s Restaurant and Lounge in Indiana one Saturday night. Mingling with the patrons, she was “cajoled” into downing a shot of Crown Royal whisky. “She sipped at first, but later threw her head back and swallowed it down.” One drink led to another and soon Hillary was under the influence, if not the table. She called for the Mayor of Hammond. “Tom, Tom, come sit down.” But the Mayor was somewhere else. “My campaign drives people to drink,” she said truthfully. In vino veritas. “Every time I get around you we always start drinking,” said the Mayor when he finally showed up. Poor man. We understand how this could happen.

I don't think I'd want to have a beer with Trump (if he drank).  He seems like an #######.  At least with Hillary I could probably have some sort of wonky conversation about public policy or something.  What would I talk about with Trump?  How great he is?

I don't want to have a beer with either of them.

"I don't drink. But if I did drink, let me tell you, I'd be the greatest drinker of all-time. No one could compete with my drinking abilities. Many people have been saying, "Mr. Trump, I'd love to have a drink with you." Let me tell you, I'd drink them under the table, believe me."

If you're idea of fun is a wonky policy conversation, this test is not aimed at you. ;)

Post is thirty minutes old and already a ton of people have offered serious responses to this drivel. Best shtick in the game.

Just an occasional  sip of wine

He's an a$$hole who likes putting down people of a more modest station in life. Maybe you and your buddies like to do this when you go out drinking. My buddies and I don't; we spend our time mocking people with overinflated senses of self worth, like Trump and football coaches.

Having a beer with Trump: He'd talk the whole time constant one upper, looking at his phone a lot, never listen to a word you say, then stiff you with the bill.

I used to think becoming President was pretty cool, but after seeing that 50 percent of America will vote for Trump it isn't that great.  Or, is it 50 percent of America are voting against Hillary?

Is your avatar a scene from The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe?

I completely understand someone not voting for Hillary - I really do. But I can not how a non-racists can vote Trump.

This election will have ramifications beyond just who is president next.  People will be defined by who they voted for - like Wallace supporters were after he lost.

The real takeaway in this election is that racism in America is REAL and it is just beneath the surface.

Yup. Have neighbors and family members with Trump signs in their yard. I will never think of them the same. The cat is out of that bag...

Ok. Here's something positive I can say about little Donald. Just watched a thing on CNN where he has been blasting Anyhony Weiner for years. Had some video he posted years ago where he called Weiner an "unwanted and disgusting porn star".

Had some other good schtick as well.

Now he was almost certainly pissed off at him for some dumb reason but I laughed a couple times at the different #### he said about that guy.

It would be funny if he lost his Passport
Kind of like the end of Machete.

If the last second logistics involved in an impromptu Mexican trip prove untenable, he could always hold a press conference at a Taco Bell near the border. Photo op!

He's a half hour from my house giving a speech tonight. I'd be annoyed, but the more time he spends in Washington the less time he spends in states he actually has a chance to win.

Trump had more people show up for a rally in Everett than Hillary had in the entire state of WA show up to vote for her in the primary.

(Trump had 400k people show up to vote for him in the primary, compared to 7k for Hillary. Maybe one of you CTR guys can fact check politico, I find those numbers hard to believe)

It is starting to look like Trump may sweep the nation.

538!

The democratic primary in Washington State was a caucus. Meaning stand in a room for six hours and listen to people argue. I think Bernie won.

According to your beloved 538 Trump has about a 3% chance of winning Washington, about the same chance he wins Mexico.
Hey now...let's not let facts get in the way!
