Really don't think the average woman is sympathetic to beauty pageant contestants
Good luck with that.

But even if you're right (you're not), do you think the average Hispanic is sympathetic to someone being called "Miss Housekeeping" by a rich white dooshbag?

And how do you think blue-collar workers will like someone using a blue-collar job as if it's an insult?

To quote the late great Dapper O'NEIL "makes you sick"

WORST FEARS about voter fraud CONFIRMED

We now know that the man who murdered five people in just 60 seconds at a Washington state mall was not “Hispanic,” as reports initially said; he is an immigrant from Turkey. And while authorities initially downplayed a possible terror link — while not totally ruling it out — we also now know he had a blog with photo posts of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei.

Now we’re learning what may be some of the most chilling details of all around this murderer. Arcan Cetin i

s not a U.S. citizen — and yet he voted, not just once, but in three elections, including the recent May presidential primary.

Advertisement - story continues below

The implications are staggering when you consider how many more non-citizens (thousands? millions?) out there exist in our nation who are doing the same thing.

As King 5 News reports:

The Cascade Mall shooting suspect, Arcan Cetin, may face an additional investigation related to his voting record and citizenship status. Federal sources confirm to KING 5 that Cetin was not a U.S. citizen, meaning legally he cannot vote. However, state records show Cetin registered to vote in 2014 and participated in three election cycles, including the May presidential primary.

Cetin, who immigrated to the United States from Turkey as a child, is considered a permanent resident or green card holder. While a permanent resident can apply for U.S. citizenship after a certain period of time, sources tell KING his status had not changed from green card holder to U.S. citizen.

While voters must attest to citizenship upon registering online or registering to vote at the Department of Licensing Office, Washington state doesn’t require proof of citizenship. Therefore elections officials say the state’s elections system operates, more or less, under an honor system.

This is very similar to how it works in my (Michelle Jesse’s) home state of Minnesota — where a registered voter can “vouch” for another individual’s eligibility. In fact, a single registered voter can “vouch” for as many as eight people (down from 15, which it was prior to 2013) — which comes in handy when one is trying to process a busload of ineligible voters from other places on election day.

While Cetin is just one high-profile case, how many more are there voting illegally?

And, of course, we know the Democrats have waged an all-out assault on voter ID laws in many states, declaring it “racist” to require identification verification — even allowing the choice of an array of types of ID. Meanwhile, of course, ID is required for just about everything else, like going to the doctor, buying liquor or cigarettes, going to the movies, receiving unemployment or welfare benefits, etc. The truth is, what’s really racist is the soft bigotry of lowered expectations — suggesting individuals of certain backgrounds are not capable of getting an ID for themselves.

How many more does this open up to voting this November?

“We don’t have a provision in state law that allows us either county elections officials or the Secretary of State’s office to verify someone’s citizenship,” explained Secretary of State Kim Wyman. “So, we’re in this place where we want to make sure we’re maintaining people’s confidence in the elections and the integrity of the process, but also that we’re giving this individual, like we would any voter, his due process. We’re moving forward, and that investigation is really coming out of the investigation from the shootings.”

The penalty for voting as a non U.S. citizen could result in five years of prison time or a $10,000, according to Secretary of State’s Office.

However, while the penalty may be high, the recourse for correcting voter fraud after an election is all but impossible. Of course, Cetin will likely be behind bars come November — but how many thousands or millions non-citizens like him are out there free to vote?

And, of course, it’s no wonder that — as they work to demolish voter ID where it exists — Democrats are simultaneously doing all they can to open the floodgates to welcome more people to our country. Even as they work to extend voting rights to felons and work overtime to add new citizens to the rolls before November 8.

It’s a perfect storm — and the tidal wave of that could overtake our republic is downright terrifying.

And that’s why we must continue to fight for voter ID, as well as take active roles in protecting election integrity in every way we are able. In my community, for example, we can sign up to be election judges and poll watchers — what about you? Come election day, whether you have a formal role or not, stay on high alert to potential fraud that may be happening before your eyes — and report it. We’re fighting for the very integrity of our great republic — and indeed it will take an army.

You people , yes you people make fun of "uneducated" voters. Probably the majority if not all are blue collar workers. You make fun of them . Don't dare say you don't but now you are so concerned about them

HellToupee currently the guy at the bar who just pissed his pants or got a drink thrown at him by a girl and is desperately trying to change the subject but it's not working because nobody can stop laughing.

Credit to him for sticking around, though.  Better than the rest of the Trumpkins can manage.

This is so good I'm not sure "Checkers v Chess" captures the differential properly.  It's like Hillary is playing Halo 5, and Trump is playing that Combat! cartridge that came with the Atari 2600.
Oh, I think Trump is playing chess.  He's just playing by putting the pieces in random positions and then declaring himself the winner.

That would explain why he's accusing his opponent of cheating and the Chess Federation of rigging the game.

I tried out that Halo v Combat joke on social media.  Got this response.  "Trump is more like the E.T. game for the 2600: frustrating, nonsensical, and thrown together with minimum effort in a brazen cash-grab."

Yes.  Exactly.  You are right.

And now we have a Miss Universe with a coke smuggling boyfriend, as a symapthetic figure.  That's how bad he looks.

You think women like the idea of Trump parading in cameras to watch her work out?  Clinton camp crushed this one out of the park.

Anyone miss Chauncey saying '538' at the end of his posts in a way that seemed totally unconnected to what he was posting?

Anyway, Donnie is back down to 33% in the polls-only forecast and 35% in the polls plus. Feeling better for now.

This Bloomberg article is fantastic:

Although the strategy doesn't call for Trump to wade into the attacks on Bill Clinton's infidelity, one adviser said if Clinton accuses him of misogyny, Trump could make it clear he stands up for women and reassure voters that he would conduct himself in an ethical and honest way as president, with his own version of the George W. Bush line from 2000, “I will restore honor and dignity to the Oval Office.”
After this week, I'm not sure he really wants to say something like that since there's a decent chance the Town Hall audience just laughs at him'

We'll know for sure Trump supporters are conceeding the election as soon as they start posting articles about voter fraud. Oh wait, that's already happening?

It is weird how a poster can get bashed for regularly quoting Tweets, but spamming articles from right wing sites is just dandy.
Posted 3 articles and one was from the WaPo that hates Trump. Hates him . Bezos has his jackals after him but still this case was good enough that even they had to print it

Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (new season premiered last Sunday). This may be the single funniest bit I've seen in the entire campaign. The breakdowns are as good or better than most I've seen on CNN, or in print by Newsweek, etc.

Scandals - (including a withering indictment of The "Swiss File Transfer" by Clinton), one of the better breakdowns of the Clinton e-mail scandal I've seen (Oliver fast becoming my favorite comic, Meyers also doing great work recently), concludes it's not good, but not as bad as it looks, which is not what you would want to read about a Golden Corral Buffet. Another great breakdown of the Clinton Foundation (hilarious bit about the number of bad words in this sound byte). Oliver now IS my favorite (political?) comic. He clearly prefers Clinton despite her flaws.

Trump - Politifact scores Clinton 13% lies, Trump 53% (this gets to the heart of the false equivalency issue for me), and the 53% might have been higher, but even when he is telling the truth, it is about creepy things like wanting to date his daughter if she wasn't his daughter. IRS audi not an excuse for not releasing income tax records (like saying I can't pick you up at the airport because the tongue of a blue whale weighs a ton, they have absolutely nothing to do with each other). His business interests/debts that span the globe pose unique, possibly insurmountable conflict of interest challenges. He was unaware having his kids take control is pretty much the complete opposite of a blind trust (calling an upside down dog house filled with pudding a blind trust would also be wrong, but not as bad). His foundation should be more accurately described as the NAADT (National Association for the Advancement of Donald Trump).

House and Senate GOP block Probes into Trump-Russian Ties

Suspicion is mounting about Donald Trump’s ties to Russian officials and business interests, as well as possible links between his campaign and the Russian hacking of U.S. political organizations. But GOP leaders have refused to support efforts by Democrats to investigate any possible Trump-Russia connections, which have been raised in news reports and closed-door intelligence briefings.

This dude is ... creepy as #### (in addition to racist, sexist, ignorant, lazy, etc.):

"Now, somebody who a lot of people don’t give credit to but is in actuality very beautiful is Paris Hilton,” Trump told Stern. “I’ve known Paris Hilton from the time she’s 12, her parents are friends of mine, and the first time I saw her she walked into the room and I said, ‘Who the hell is that?’ At 12, I wasn’t interested… but she was beautiful.” He also admitted to watching Paris Hilton’s sex tape with Knauss, despite knowing her since the age of 12 and being very close friends with the Hilton Family.

But he saved his strangest comments for Ivanka, who was 21 at the time. “You know who’s one of the great beauties of the world—according to everybody—and I helped create her? Ivanka. My daughter, Ivanka. She’s 6 feet tall, she’s got the best body. She made a lot of money as a model—a tremendous amount,” he said. “She’s considered one of the most beautiful women. And she really is, she’s a great beauty.”

You are talking about the same people who have continually called people cucks, losers and other names...then complain about name calling.

Who went on reporting sprees...but claim they are always unfairly reported and banned by the mods.

Basically, they act like Trump...complain about the things they do at a higher rate than those they complain about.

Again, how can anyone with a daughter vote for him?

He fought in World War II. He died in 2014. And he just registered to vote in Va.

The FBI and local police are investigating how at least 19 dead Virginians were recently re-registered to vote in this critical swing state.

One case came to light after relatives of a deceased man received a note congratulating him for registering, Rockingham County Commonwealth’s Attorney Marsha Garst said Thursday.

“His family members were very distraught,” said Garst, who confirmed the existence of the FBI and police investigation but said she could provide few details because the case is ongoing.

All 19 were initially registered as voters in the Shenandoah Valley city of Harrisonburg, although a clerk double-checking the entries later raised questions about one. She recognized the name of Richard Allen Claybrook Sr., who died in 2014 at age 87, because his son is a well-known local judge. She happened to recall that the judge’s father had died.

“He was a retired Fairfax County elementary school principal and had fought in World War II,” said his son, retired Harrisonburg General District Court Judge Richard Allen Claybrook Jr. “So our family is very disgusted that they would pick his name, because he was such a law-abiding citizen devoted to public service.”

All of the forms had been submitted by a private group that was working to register voters on the campus of James Madison University, according to the Harrisonburg registrar’s office. The group was not identified. No charges have been filed.

Republicans in the state House of Delegates, who in recent years have supported tighter voter ID laws, held a conference call with reporters to call attention to the investigation.

“Oftentimes we hear our Democratic colleagues suggest that voter fraud doesn’t exist in Virginia, or it’s a myth,” House Speaker William J. Howell (R-Stafford) said. “This is proof that voter fraud not only exists but is ongoing and is a threat to the integrity of our elections.”

House Minority Leader David J. Toscano (D-Charlottesville) said the case was not proof of voter fraud because no one had actually managed to cast a vote in the names of the dead.

“First of all, there was no voter fraud — they caught him,” Toscano said. “Nobody cast a vote. . . . There’s still no evidence of that going on in the state. But there is evidence every time you turn around that the Republicans are trying to make it more difficult for citizens to vote in elections.”

sounds like a republican setup so they can whine about how unfair and rigged the election is...

What?  Just pointing out how often some of you have complained about the very actions you partake in...carry on with your rants though.

Guessing another all caps meltdown coming?

Yet you claim that the Trump supporters are getting most of the time outs. Must be a lot of reporting going on the other side.
