****OFFICIAL DYNASTY TRADES**** (3 Viewers)

I just made a HUGE trade in our SF dynasty league. Hope I made the right move, I was projected to finish 2nd before the trade and it showing the same after the trade. I traded: Burrow, Daniels, Hampton, JSN and a 2026 3rd for: Mahomes, Stroud, Achane, Cook, Pickens and TWO 2026 and 2027 1sts so I'll now have 3 first rounders the next two years. Thoughts?
I would rather have your former roster vs the deal you made

Just sold my 2026 1st rounder, Olave & Tre Harris for London and Bigsby in non-ppr.

Was short @ RB. London now slots into my flex spot & Zay Flowers goes to the bench. My only other RBs worth a crap, as of now anyway, are D. Henry & Kaleb Johnson. (Start 2)

Trying to package Bigsby & Hock (Or someone else) for an upgrade now.

New starting lineup is:

QB: Dak or Stroud
WR: Lamb & McConkey
RB: D. Henry & Kaleb Johnson or Bigsby
TE: McBride
Flex: London

12 Team 1QB 0.5 PPR & TE+

I traded 4.08 pick
I received 2026 3rd (mid?)

New owner of 4.08 was targeting Jacory “Bill” who went 4.07 so he traded 4.08 for Phil TE Dallas Goedert

New owner of 4.08 took TE O Gadsden

12 team SF PPR no K, no D/ST, start 10

New league - went to make some cutdowns, and saw I had a trade offer.

i gave: Efton Chism (27.11 / 30 picks)
I rec’d: 2026 3rd

My WRs: Lamb, AJB, DeSmith, Jamo, DJM, Deebo, Palmer, Marquis Brown, McMillan, Malik Washington, Austin III

I was likely going to have to drop Efton, much as I like him.

even if downgrading off of Burrow & Daniels in SF
I honestly don’t think I have the cajones for that. Even with all the picks.

That’s 2x dynasty start-up superflex top 4 assets (typically 1.03 & 1.04)
And here I go again, but JSN will be considered a huge part of this trade at this time next year.
Sure - he’s valuable. But in SF Burrow+Daniels are 2 cornerstone players. It’s an insane core to any SF roster for the next decade+

I think it should be considered a big part of the trade now. I do understand the emphasis on Daniels and Burrow as two elite assets at the QB position, but JSN should not be forgotten.

Honestly, looking at it again, Hampton’s hugely valuable, too.

Both JSN & Hampton were 1st round rookie picks. It’s truly an insane amount of value.

Yes, I'm hoping that I didn't mess up.........however I have a roster full of really good players plus 3 first rounders the next 2 years. Some of those could be early for sure. Besides Gibbs and Hampton, my rbs were really weak and I upgraded to Achane (who's hurt now, go figure) and Cook. I'm still have the 2nd best roster in the league but downgraded for sure with Stroud and Mahomes...........however if Stroud returns to form as well as Mahomes I'll be just fine. Plus I still have Baker and Fields. JSN I'm not nearly as high on as most but I could definitely be wrong. All things said, I got a haul in that trade and I'm sure I'll be making other trades as the guy that got Burrow and has Chase is wanting to deal them both to me now. LOL Appreciate all of the insight, I'm fairly new to Dynasty but I'm pretty sure Burrow and Mahomes are close to the same age and Stroud is actually younger than Daniels. It was a roll of the dice for sure!

Unless you have deep taxi squad slots I sell the chisms of the world for a 3rd every time.

UDFA + old prospect + probably blocked to start out is a hard gauntlet to navigate in terms of still being on my roster by the time he returns value (if he ever does)

No taxi squad. Had to cut down five players.

SF, ppr

Gave Drake Maye

Got Aaron Rodgers, Sean Tucker, '26 1st, '26 2nd, '26 3rd

In SF this is Maye by a real lot…the kid is only 23 this month and not only has the chance to be a franchise QB but with his athleticism he could be an elite fantasy option especially as the Pats surround him with more talent as they surely will…Rodgers has little value outside of his position and could be done after this year, Tucker is an end of bench wildcard and while the picks are a nice addition I simply don’t like what you are combining them with…hate to say it but you could end up regretting this deal for a long time.

I like Drake Maye, but it's all hype at this point for him. I used a mid 1st to get him and since then he's lived up to it but nothing more. I'm talking irl results, on the field. Any added value has been built is all narrative based at this point. And I will always sell the hype as a principle, altho in this case it was a bit tough.

Cashed out on Jonnu today.

16 team SF PPR IDP, big play scoring (TFL, SFL)

My one position of weakness was at S. I know folks hate DBs, but in this format the top S average ~17-20 a week. I had one decent S in Delpit and a bunch of flotsam behind him.

I gave: Jonnu Smith
I rec’d: Josh Metellus

I roster him in another league in this format. I love the way MIN uses him, & that he rarely comes off the field.

I have Hunter Henry & Pitts, and not super excited about Jonnu in PIT. Plus he’s not practicing with a knee injury, so… yeah.

I don't play IDP, but getting out of Smith is a good thing. I own Jonnu and Kelce (thankfully also have McBride) but can't even get a 3rd round rookie pick for either of them at this point.

Yeah, nothing against Jonnu - we’ll always have that 1 magical season together. I’ll always love him for that.

But times change, people change. We’ve grown apart. I acquired more TEs, he moved to PIT.

The long distance thing just wasn’t working for me any more.

Plus I’ve met someone new - a top 20 S in a big play league. This time I think it’s the real thing.

I'm only involved in one of these but got one league of mine which has been super active in the last 2 weeks with all of these deals going down in that time.

FFPC format, one QB/TEP

1. Aaron Jones/ Jordan Mason for Roman Wilson/Jalen Mcmillan/2026 third

2. Chris Olave/Elic Ayomanor for Pachecho/2027 second

3. Drake London/ 2026 third for Emeka Egbuka/projected late 2026 first and a second.

4. 2026 third for Kyle Monangai.

5. Hunter Henry/ 2027 third for Najee Harris

6. David Montgomery/Doubs for Tony Pollard/Malik Washington

7. 2026 first(probably top 6)/ Rachaad White for Chuba Hubbard/ Isaac Teslaa

8. Brock Bowers for Breece Hall,/Tyreek Hill /Deebo (posted this one earlier in this thread)

9. Najee Harris/ Garrett Wilson for Tet McMillan/ 2026 likely early second

10. Marvin Harrison Jr /2027 first(could be anywhere) for Saquon Barkley/Calvin Ridley/ Stefon Diggs

11. Kaleb Johnson/Pat Bryant/2026 third for Alvin Kamara/ Travis Kelce.

Sharp move to lock up the Vikes RB room. McMillan is a nice future get. Seems fair.
2. Chris Olave/Elic Ayomanor for Pachecho/2027 second
Also seems fair. I’m kinda out on Olave due to the concussions & the state of the team. Pacheco should be in for a big year and hey, free roster spot before cut-downs are always nice. I’m on the Pacheco side.
3. Drake London/ 2026 third for Emeka Egbuka/projected late 2026 first and a second.
That’s a big boy deal. I’m all-in on London’s ascension this year. I like Egbuka and it’s a solid package (title of my sex tape) but gimme London here.
4. 2026 third for Kyle Monangai.
Seems fair but why throw back Monangai so soon? Roster cut move?
5. Hunter Henry/ 2027 third for Najee Harris
Meh for meh, but gimme Henry in TEP all day.
6. David Montgomery/Doubs for Tony Pollard/Malik Washington
Man this one’s tough. Pollard is set up for a nice year, though Spears will be back and eating into his workload. I think Monty is a solid closer and has at least another year of RB2 on a PPG basis. Doubs/Malik are both meh.

Gimme Monty here but it’s super close. I just like Monty.

7. 2026 first(probably top 6)/ Rachaad White for Chuba Hubbard/ Isaac Teslaa
I’m not selling Chubba+TeSlaa for that. It’s not egregious, but Chuba has another top 12 RB season coming. The top 6 1st is very tempting, so I guess it’s roster/win-readiness dependent. TeSlaa is the sneaky value in this deal. I think he’s gonna make some noise as soon as next year.
8. Brock Bowers for Breece Hall,/Tyreek Hill /Deebo (posted this one earlier in this thread)
Bowers and not close for me. Age (Deebo & Hill) & circumstance (RBBC for Hall) compared to a locked and loaded top 2 TEP beast. Instant smash if I’m the one getting Bowers. The team buying must think Hall’s gonna be a Cowboy next year.
9. Najee Harris/ Garrett Wilson for Tet McMillan/ 2026 likely early second
This one’s interesting. I still believe in GW, and he’s still so young. Close but I’m taking GW here. I know that’s probably the minority opinion)
10. Marvin Harrison Jr /2027 first(could be anywhere) for Saquon Barkley/Calvin Ridley/ Stefon Diggs
MH2 & the random ‘27 1st.

but damn that’s an overpay. Ridley & Diggs are both nice short-term investments. Barkley’s longevity will eventually determine who won this deal.
11. Kaleb Johnson/Pat Bryant/2026 third for Alvin Kamara/ Travis Kelce.
I still believe in Kaleb. Warren has not looked good this preseason, and I don’t think PIT is going to give up on a highly drafted RB as quickly as the dynasty community seems ready to. Again, I don’t see why you draft Kaleb and move him before a single game is played, much less for 2 super old dudes.

4. 2026 third for Kyle Monangai.
Seems fair but why throw back Monangai so soon? Roster cut move?
Lots of good input from HSG, I just wanted to point out this one line that I've always considered a fallacy. It may be a roster cut move and that would be a point in favor of the trade. But even if it isn't, the fact that you drafted the guy and the length of time that you've had him are not relevant. If it's a good trade, it's a good trade; if bad, then bad. I wouldn't be afraid to sell a guy I draft before the draft is even over.

12-team dynasty, 20-man roster, PPR, Q RR WW F K D (no mandatory TE)

Team A gets: 1.05 + Dak Prescott
Team B gets: Nico Collins + Drake Maye
Man that’s tough. 1 QB format I probably take Dak and hope to land Henderson or Egbuka at 1.05

But I do love the Maye/Nico side.
I liked the Maye/Nico side on both halves of the deal. Nico over McMillan or Hunter, if drafting a WR. And Maye over Prescott.

If it's a good trade, it's a good trade; if bad, then bad. I wouldn't be afraid to sell a guy I draft before the draft is even over.
Sure, that’s fair, but Monangai is getting a ton of preseason hype. To the point that if it’s at all accurate, he’ll command more than a random 3rd in the very near future.

But you’re spot on - mutually exclusive things. I wasn’t intending to tie them together so closely. Just something that occurred to me as I was typing so asked the question.

Monangai was a mid-4th rounder in my league, obviously those late round long shots are very eye of the beholder but it’s not an unreasonable profit taking if you weren’t a believer and he’s just who fell to you

but it’s not an unreasonable profit taking if you weren’t a believer and he’s just who fell to you
Oh sure, I just dealt Chism for a 3rd (not because I’m not a believer, but because Chism was gonna be a roster cut).

Totally get it. But it does seem likelier for his value to rise based on very recent reporting. I’m not saying don’t sell, just that maybe a little more juice could be squeezed if they’d let that fruit ripen a little longer is all.

Traded for Garret Wilson before he signed his deal. Then today I gave him up for Jeudy and a '26 1st.

I love the player Garrett Wilson, but dam. I figure I can buy him back after next year for less or the same. What are the chances the Jets figure out their quarterback situation during his career? Or my lifetime.

Had TWO 2026 1st rounders, TWO 2026 2nd rounders, and wanted to acquire a 2025 mid-1st, targeting Golden.
I already took Hampton with my 1.02 pick that I “earned” :(
I also had a 2.02 and 2.11 to play with.

I traded: 2026 1st + 2025 2.02
I received: 1.08 + 2025 2.08

I took Golden at 1.08 as planned and Tuten at 2.08
He took Jacory C-M at 2.02.

Was happy to go and get “my guy”.

12 team PPR, 1 QB. 2 RBs, 2 WRS, 1 Flex, TE

I only had Bijan, Gibbs, Tank, and Wright at RB on a strong contender.

Gave 2026 1st (it better be late)/Wright for Pollard/Conner.

FFPC roster cuts looming

TriFlex - stacked everywhere elsebut crap at QB with only Tua, Rodgers and the husk of Anthony Richardson taking up space. So I offered one of my backup RBs I was planning on keeping (Bigsby) but my trade partner countered with a WR I was trying hard to trade and I accepted. But my roster is tighter now.

I gave TeSlaa
I got Daniel Jones

SuperFlex - defending champ and top heavy strong at QB with Mahomes/Purdy but didn't have a third and I feel I could use another so I did this.

I gave Diggs, 2026 1st & 5th (mine)
I got Jordan Love, Keenan Allen (who I'll likely drop and suspect my partner here was having a hard time letting go of as he was at 21 and the limit is 20)

Was really wanting to move Diggs as well so love that I pulled that off.

12 team SF TEP start 10 (QB, RB, WR, TE, SF, 5xFlex)

My team is borderline competitive, but not in position to make a strong run.

Gave: Trevor Lawrence, George Pickens, Mason Taylor
Got: 2026 1st (very likely early), 2026 1st (early/mid), Isaiah Pacheco

12 team PPR Dynasty League (1qb league)

Gave: Ward
Got: 2026 3rd and $20BBID (we get $100 for the year)

I have Daniels and Mahomes in this league and needed to make drop a player. I took Ward with the 2.12 rookie pick so not really selling high but again didn’t want to cut anyone else. Decent?

While I appreciate moving away from Pickens, this deal value is dependent on what you QB room is like.
Was TLaw QB1 or QB3 on your roster?

Will the 2026 early 1st net you an upgrade? And you then have to hit on the QB. Nobody is a guarantee.
TEP = Mason is not a throw in, but I see him as primary blocker in NYJ OC scripts from what I have seen.

Roster cuts are tough. You walked away with close to a NET ZERO .. and sometimes, like here, that is a good deal!
