It's a semi-dynasty where we keep about 10 players so it would be 2018 & 2019 1st. The 2018 would be late. When I am set at WR already, it's not worth it to me.

6 teams make playoffs so there is a really good chance that 2 of the 3 picks are between 7-12 and the other is between 1-6. No real way to know exactly what pick since in FFPC you play for your pick when you miss the playoffs.

With this year all about Barkley this really comes down to whether or not one of the picks ends up 1.01 for me. If it does, I'll take that side. Otherwise I'll take the players in a vacuum but in a rebuild it's still not terrible for the picks side.
It's so tricky in FFPC because those 3rd/5th place teams are just as likely to end up being 1.01 as the 9th place team. You really want the picks from strong teams that somehow miss the playoffs for the toilet bowl so if either of those good teams get a few bad breaks and miss the playoffs it could pay off big.
How many VP are those two teams ahead of the 7th place team right now?

I doubt the 3rd/5th place teams miss the playoffs so they are very unlikely to end up top 6 let alone 1.01. 5th place team just added 2 studs and Murray not sure how they would fall out of the playoffs but anything is possible. Right now it's close and I am actually the team in 7th so it's not looking good for me after losing Beckham and 5th place team sealing the playoffs. Right now I am 2 VP's behind 5th

I feel like you got early to mid 2nd value. Rawls worth a 3 at best. Brate worth a mid 2 at worst. Most probably won't sell for less than late 1 or early 2.

I like Henry but Murray just doesn't seem to go away and I have to wonder a bit about how well Henry will actually do if/when he actually gets a chance to be their featured RB.
The situation with Henry does remind me of Tom Jones/Cedric Benson except that Henry doesn't have the off the field issues, at least not that I am aware of.
I think you paid a bit too much here as Jones may be more valuable in 2018 than Henry if he continues playing well, which I kind of expect him to do.

Thats a lot of picks and the good players are getting a bit old.
Its not nearly as bad as the other two trades you mentioned. I could see taking either side of the deal depending on the situation (current record) and rest of the roster.
Thats a lot of picks. In a vacuum from that perspective I likely would not have tried to sell off so many picks and try something cheaper like a 1st for Julio or McCoy, especially since the roster size is only 20. Those picks are extra value beyond the 20 roster spots that I would try to hold. Picks always have more value in the spring than right now.

I was going to have to cut either Adam Shaheen, Taywan Taylor, John Brown, or Ted Ginn from my team whenever Corey Coleman comes off IR. I didn't want to do that. My other TEs beside Shaheen are ASJ and Jimmy Graham. The other team's biggest weakness was probably TE (he had Ed Dickson, Coby Fleener, Eric Ebron, and Jonnu Smith). I'm hoping to potentially use the 2nd rounder to acquire a QB (my current QBs are Andy Dalton, Andrew Luck, and Mitch Trubisky) or to trade up in next year's rookie draft if I'm unable to get a QB.

FFPC league some QB movement last night in case people curious about price ,including a trade offer I sat down to mull over for a minute and was gone before that minute was up.
Gave: Tom Brady
Got : 2018 second round pick, projected non-playoff
My team stinks, I got Deshaun Watson and two #1's next year(one of which is the teams second I just picked up) and still have Big Ben as at least maybe a solid backup for draft playoffs. Team getting Brady is top seed right now with Winston at QB, who might be suffering from a rotator injury and Brady is current upgrade.
Now I had made that offer earlier of Brady for the second. I had an outstanding trade offer out to another team in this league, a team with Luck. Last week when it was reported Luck had a setback I offered Brady for him. They rejected this offer last week and just want to say for anyone who thinks that is a gross offer just understand QB's are not really that valuable in FFPC and I'll get back to Luck's value here in a bit as he was eventually traded.
The outstanding trade offer I had out to the Luck owner, who also owns McKinnon, was Tom Brady and Latavius Murray for two seconds. Both seconds I project as playoff teams, so late seconds. I think that team was mulling that offer but instead of rejecting it they offered me Luck and one of those seconds I requested for Watson. This was the trade I was mulling over for a minute but it was quickly gone because they traded Luck away within a minute. To the team I just traded Tom Brady.

So in total Team A, who is top seed, gave a non-playoff second and Winston and got back Brady and Luck. I like what they did.

My team stinks but FFPC has draft playoffs so some value to having a good QB for me weeks 14-16, plus Brady for sure has value past this season. So based on a few minutes of timing, Team A instead rosters Brady and Luck.
