Yep. his floor is currently 1.6. Not sure why I would sell him there. 1.4 seems fair. Is JSN a top 20 WR?

I get it if you are a win now team but I really hate making this kind of trade. It might just be my personal experience but trading for old guys never seems to work out for me. Plus, who knows who will be the LV QB this year. If Rodgers goes there you'll be very happy. If it's Stidham or Anthony Richardson or Levis not so much.

Adams did fine with Stidham at the end of last year but it does lower his value some yes. I would rather wait to see what happens at QB but don't mind this trade overall. We don't know what London will be and if this wins you a chip, it is worth it as they are hard to win.

I think both things can be true. Majority of people are going to value him in the middle of round 1 like 6-9 but I understand if someone doesn't want to value him that high. I wouldn't give up 4 for him but if you really like him, I could see it and got another late round dart throw back as well. Not a bad trade but I would be in the middle. I do think his value has risen from where he was last year but I think top 5 in 1 QB leagues is too far. No A-Rod and maybe adding more talent at the position this year could really hamstring him (plus he wasn't exactly the most healthy guy last year). Fair enough trade but I'd personally view it as a slight overpay.

I'll just end whatever I got to say on this by saying in my original post I said "with some adjusments" you can use redraft as a guide. For starters I think redraft absolutely sets parameters of a ballpark for Watson's value. Then as you look at that vs other rookies you can start to apply some adjustments to his value versus them considering he's a young player in his own right. People in FFPC are not the most patient. If they think a young Watson is the better player in 2023 then JSN, Addison or any other rookie then Bijan in 2023 I don't think they are going to be much lower on him in terms of his future outlook to push him to far down the rankings, with him having a variance already of being able to move a few spots back and still be worth the 1.4 since he's currently going second vs rookies.

You say it's not a good guide because it's February and I would say it's relative to the fact it's February it's as good of a guide as we have.

You don't agree with most or all of what I'm saying. I don't mind, I just don't know what else there is to keep saying.

As such it can be taken as a bit passive aggressive, even when well intended (as I believe your usage was)

From what I am seeing Bijan is still 1.01 in SF but then the next 4 QBs will go in the top 7-8 picks. Obviously draft capital could change things a little but don't see a 5th QB get up there and Bijan will be gone. I would say I would need more than this for Chase personally but SF does make the picks more valuable. I think this is missing a 1st round pick easily.

No. Bijan is 1.01

Recent mocks have it Bijan, Young, Stroud, then [JSN/Gibbs], and ARich/Levis in the top 6-7

But those are mocks that use NFL mock drafts to determine landing spot. These are all February, pre-combine, pre NFL draft.

Take them with a huge grain of salt, but it’s safe to say Bijan is the 1.01 in thick black sharpee. When FF drafts roll around it’ll be like 99.7% of leagues.

I don't play SF and I don't agree with all of Hindery's rankings but on his value chart, where he has Chase as the second most valuable non-QB, he actually has the side winning getting the picks and winning by value of a late second.

I know this much and I also have Chase as my second ranked player in non-SF PPR, and a close second. I'm guessing 1.7-1.8 in non-SF is about on par with 1.11 in SF, right? And maybe that 2.11 is on par with something like 2.7-2.8 or therabouts? If so, and someone offered me Bijan, 1.7 and 2.8 for Chase I would think it was a very solid offer. I'd also pass now,as I don't give up a player the magniutude of Chase when I don't even know where Bijan is playing or have a real solid idea what I'm buying with the picks but depending on my team makeup that could change when those things are known.

Interesting. HSG or someone who plays more SF can elobarate, but I think the issue is you're not getting Bijan with the 1.3 so its more like Stroud plus those assets which seems light for Chase. If it were Bijan, that would be close.
