****OFFICIAL DYNASTY TRADES**** (8 Viewers)

16 team IDP 1 QB TE 1.5 PPR
Well here is a rough one. A guy just bought a team and apparently is going to rebuild does not even shop him around.

painful.
This is the kind of trade I see when I get home from work and I wonder why I am commish of 9 leagues a year (7 dynasty). Makes me feel like I should fold the leagues and just concentrate on playing high stakes and not waste my time on this low money stuff. I spend 80% of my time on these 7 dynasty leagues and it pays less than 1% of my winnings a year.

I do wonder how many of these high-stakes guys take the spamming approach to building monster teams -- basically, just send dozens of crappy offers a day, and as long as one of them is accepted (or receives an almost equally bad counteroffer), it's worth the time.

I will say that my goal every year with fantasy is basically to break even -- is it really an addiction if you aren't actually losing any money to do it? (This is rhetorical, please don't give examples proving this wrong.)

I had a friend who took that approach with women. He'd ask out 20 women a day - not an exaggeration. 99% of the time he was rejected. He went on about a date a week.

I always think of him when I get spammy ridiculous trade offers. I would never operate like that.

That's like the deals I see on the Reddit r/sleeper sub asking "should I accept" and 20 nerds yelling "DO IT!" (sarcastically, or spitefully, of course).

Just awful.

12 team PPR Dynasty

Gave: McConkey, DJ Moore, Kraft, Russell Wilson
Got: Chase, Jonna Smith, Darnold, McNicols

Fair trade or did I overpay for Chase?
I don’t think so

Chase > McConkey
Darnold > Wilson
Jonna Smith….if he can keep up what he did last year is at least = Kraft, or maybe just a little <
McNicols is a throw in (if we’re talking about the 3rd string RB, right?)
So you’re paying a DJ Moore “extra” to get Chase? Yes please.

Jesus must be trade Justin Jefferson day in my huddle leagues

16 team 1.5 TE PPR

Justin Jefferson
for
1.09
2.10
2.13
2.14
2026 1st round pick
Jahan Dotson
Alex Pierce
Obviously awful but it didn't even register with me until looking at it a few times but with it being a 16 team league those 2nd's are 3rd's in a 12 team league. Yikes..

Just made this trade 12 team 1QB PPR

Gave:
Pick 1.03
WR Waddle
RB Charbonnet
RB Bigsby
WR Pierce
TE J Sanders

Received
Pick 1.10
RB Achane
RB Conners
WR AJ Brown
How
The first offer I received included Achane and Brown plus some other pieces that didn't really work for my team. He wanted the 1.03 pick, Charbs, Waddle, Bigsby. I was very reluctant to trade the 1.03 pick because I believe there will be a very good player available at that spot. We went back and forth about 7 times and this is where we landed.

Obviously, I thought this was in my best interest which is why I made the trade, but I truly don't think it's as lopsided as some of the comments I've seen here.
I don't think it is crazy bad but it is definitely lopsided. Outside of 1.03, you didn't give up much. I like Waddle but he is coming off of a very down year on a team where the QB can no longer hold the ball at all or he will get a concussion. Charbs and Bigsby has some talent but sit behind guys in their backfields. Pierce and Sanders are just bodies to me. You got 1.10 which will still give you a a decent player, Achane who is the best player in this trade by far (usually the person getting the best player wins), and AJB who is the 2nd best player in this trade outside of maybe 1.03 but that is an unknown.

I'd call that lopsided but not in veto worthy or anything that bad. Obviously Waddle, Charbs, Bigsby getting away from being the #2 on their team could make this better for the other team's side but we won't know that for a while. Also, without it being SF (takes the QBs off the board) and if not TEP (which takes Warren off at TE) and depending on where these RBs end up, that 1.03 might not be near as valuable as we think it is right now.

Wow. This feels like it is at least 2 1st round picks short IMO. That is just terrible. These types of trades make me want to quit leagues that are just internet leagues where people don't know what they are doing. You have to shop studs like that if you are going to trade them and you just can't take a deal like this.

I did a trade this morning that I actually don't love. Usually when I make a "value" trade it blows up in my face. Like in midseason 2009 I traded away Jamaal Charles for Anquan Boldin and in typical fashion the entire league started posted how I ripped the poor guy off.....it took exactly 1 game later for me to regret it.

16 team IDP 1 QB TE 1.5 PPR

I gave up
Pearsall (DTS)
Shakir (DTS)
Speights (DTS)

I got
Garrett Wilson (2 yrs)

DTS means on taxi squad and when you bring up the guy you can give him any number of years you want (within 75 year roster limit)

So normally like 5-6 years for a guy like Pearsall meanwhile I only got Wilson for 2 more years then I will need to franchise him and then either trade him or let him become a RFA a year later.

Honestly think Pearsall could match Wilson in value in 2 years

Wilson has been solid but never reached his lofty yearly draft status end of 1st round.

FFPC Single QB

Gave
Mixon
D. Adams
2.08

Got
1.09
Josh Downs

I've got an older roster that was middle of the pack the last 2 years, so trying to rebuild.
Feels like you should’ve been able to get a little more from a contender, but that’s usually easier said than done. Adams could easily be a top-10 WR this season, but he is really up there in age.

I do like Downs. (Go Heels!)

I didn't want to give up the 2nd but sometimes you just have to give in.

This trade may look bad for this year but in the long run it was a good move. Mixon can't have much time left and we have seen WRs start to decline quickly at this age for Adams. I would have much preferred that 2.08 be a 3rd or later but not a bad return and the Mixon/Adams value is just going to get worse.

You saved me some typing here. It feels like an overpay. That said, GW does have the ability to be a top WR.

You likely wont regret this as much as the Charles deal - SF remains a relatively low volume passing game. The big question for me is how much will NYJ be throwing with Fields.

12 team 1QB (QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, Flex, Flex) contender

Gave: 1.09 + Marvin Mims
Got: Chris Godwin

Was looking for an extra WR for to hit that extra Flex+ spot while my team is in contention over the next few years.

14 team 1 QB 1.5 TE PPR

Worthy
Otton
2.11
3.01

For

Derrick Henry
I do not love paying all that for a 31 year old RB.

That said, if you had the depth at WR & were 1 RB from a ship, sure why not.
That's the thing - if this move takes you from a borderline playoff team to the favorite to win it all in 2025, I'd do it. If you were already there, or this puts you only at contender status, I don't.

That’s solid. I don’t mind taking a chance on Godwin. In a productive offense and will hopefully make a full recovery.

That was my mentality in dealing for Addison.

Damn. I'm looking to move Godwin but no way I'd get close to that.

FFPC single QB, best ball Empire league

Amon-ra st. Brown

For

Bucky Irving, 3.02, 4.02
I own ARSB and this isn’t even close to what I’d accept.
Yeah, would expect at least one first round pick for him. Is Bucky worth a first rounder+ at this point?
If Bucky were available in your rookie draft right now, where do you think he'd go?

In some early startup, he's going in between the 2nd and 3rd rookies off the board
