If you are on CPU team, get taken off or let me know if you want me to do it by trade. Make sure you bump up your guys as much as possible or we are going to be hurting, in particular in the secondary, looks like we are going to take a hit starting FBG there for a game or two.

It appears that the skill tree is not taken into account when players are rated (the bars showing rush/pass, etc). Interesting - Duffman - when you look at your players can you see their skill tree stuff?

I put a ton of pts into Drifter Bednarik for Intimidation, hard hitting, diving tackle, etc. Same with Drifter Nagurski - tons into lowering shoulder, stiff arm, 4 yard dive... I wonder how much those intangibles affect gameplay over raw statistics?

I can see everything. Nice custom equipment btw. The only thing I can't see is what the equipment adds to, but I can kind of see that indirectly between the blue numbers show attributes that are being boosted by equipment.

I've added another 300 seats (200 normal, 100 club) to The Cage since all the added seats SOLD OUT after only one day!!

We're now up to 8600 normal and 800 club seats...

 
Everyone will get a $3K signing bonus, plus $500 for every level. This is so that the higher level players have some extra cash to train hard. I will give it to you as a signing bonus, not your base salary, so you will get the money up front. It will be up to you to manage your finances so you can train at the level you want and not blow it all!

hit "flex points" and the option is there... As long as you don't pick a "glamour position" guy you should be able to level up at least once, if you give them some cash you can level up to level 4 right away.
 
And some of you on the Detroit Footballguys need to pony up and level your guys up. Level 1 and 2 isn't going to cut it

how much are you guys getting?I think I offered your guy a contract before I realized that the "recommended" level that the game was giving me was way under what was actually being paid people...

I am giving the "recommended" level, then I topped it up with a salary bonus for everyone. I am sure you realize it Larry, but the $ you have left is all you have, unless you add more seats and sell them. You have to make sure you have enough money to pay everyone to the end of the year....not sure what happens when you run out of money.For example, for me I had $1 million left and my annual salary was $1.1. There is about 75% of the season left, so I allowed myself $880K to pay salaries from now until the end of the year. I have sold out basically all my seats so I don't have much more revenue coming in. I used the other $120K to give bonuses to everyone. The other option is to put that $120K into seats, but you only recoup a fraction of the money this year if you do that.
 
I think I gave my guys like 40-50 K per season and a 10 K signing bonus (it was always something like that)... :confused:

I don't have the money ATM (I spent it on seats), but as soon as the seats sell I will have enough $$ to pay everyone...

of course I only have like 6 user created players...
