they need to get some dedicated servers... How they didn't expect this is beyond me...

if I had a ton of money, I'd see how much it would take to buy the program from them and then hire them to work on it full-time... this is going to explode on an absurd level...

 
I dont want to rain on the lovefest that is going on here, but I was looking at other teams in the Western Conference now that they are all human-owned and I noticed that 2 of the games today were won by scores of 40-0 and 35-0. Both of those teams alos had a ton of human players starting for them. Maybe we should temper the praise a little and realize that other people are attempting to do the same things we are.

Great. Now I cant even get on the site. We killed it.

Yeah, the 7-0 team in our conference is pretty powerful too.
 
I think they tweaked the sub settings. Mine was set for the same as previous game, but # of backup snaps were WAY down. Of course, with everyone levelling up maybe they all put it on stamina.

My QB (#2) didn't even get in the game :thumbdown:

Of course, I chose to run it down their throats :thumbup:

I saw the same thing. My QB 2 did not take any snaps.

was just reading something in the forum on this.will look for link later. if i had to guess i'd say the 3 skills before it are too low.

They call it the skill "tree". You can have a max of double points of the skill before it.IE, you can't have any skill #3 on the list without having skill #2 first. But once you get skill #2 you can have 2 of skill #3.To get a single skill #5 you have to have one of each of the first four, but once you have one of each you can get two #5s (since you have one #4 you can have double that number of #5)

So, to get 10 in skill 4 you would need (at minimum)

2 3 5 10

For skill 5 you would do

1 2 4 5 10

does that sound like a possible answer?

i would guess it's either that or possibly just your regular skills aren't high enough to support it (though i haven't read anything about that on their forums other than stuff like "the skill is more effective when used by playes w/ higher vision". i'm assuming it's a skill tree issue.

someone else from the Free for All go talk some smack in the A league thread to the dude saying he's gonna beat us on Friday... I can't do all the trash-talking... :thumbup:

57 passes will do that... they must have decided you were the better DB to go after for whatever reason...didn't work too well, though, obviously...

Man I just can't get through this game. So far looking at the box score and early part I have been able to watch, it looks like it wasn't as bad as the 7 tackles indicate. I had two tackles off pitches and 1 tackle running up to get a halfback dump off. That leaves 4 catches unaccounted for and it looks like two of them were deflected. Only two clean catches but I'm still confused why he gave such a cusion this game. He played closer to the line last game with the same settings.

Game reports for Nintendo Wii (FB) and Samus Aran (FS).

Wii = 6 rushes, 21.5 yards, 1 broken tackle. 1 reception for 2 yards... 5 YAC!

** 1st TD run, Wii held his block on the LE allowing the RG to pull and lead the way into the endzone.

Aran = 2 tackles for the game... however Aran played 63 plays on defense... the most of any defender.

I think I upped the blitz a bit, maybe he was playing back because of that...

Some of it seems to be zone too, wasn't even thinking of that at first.

yeah, we play a lot of zone and a lot of blitzing, too... you can't play too tight when you don't have help over the top...
 
Larry...I messed up.

I created a DT, bumped him up to a level 4 with the hopes of having another player on the team

Signed so I could get a signing bonus but...it was a human controlled team and I'm stuck in a contract on a ####ty team.

Got any trade bait?

Name's Emerson Bigguns - I've got it set up so everyone can view everything about him.

ETA: Unless one of the other FBG teams is shopping for a fire hydrant.

The dude's sitting on $3.4MIf he won't do it, I'll just leave my training intensity maxed out and be too spent to play in a few games.
