for all players,
you should go ahead and buy equipment to give youself some higher stats if you haven't already. Make sure you "equip" the equipment after buying it.
& , on your player profile page, there's a drop down menu that you can set to allow other people to view your stats. Set it so that your teamates can see it.

I have a starting RB on a bad team. Played 50 plus plays and didn't get one rushing attempt. Who decides that? How does that even happen?

Yes. The mighty Oakland Earthquakes (1-0 baby!) have been looking for one. Almost deleted my CB to create one as they seem to hard to find.

I made a powerful bruising halfback if any FBG teams have roster spots. currently level 4 with good stats and equipment. I don't need a starting gig, but I do need snaps. let me know if anyone has a spot.

The Daytona Beach Dragons are 1-0 after an impressive 23-10 thumping last night. We're not content to sit on our laurels however. I'm in the market for level 4 and aboves at the following positions:

I'm on the same team. A few guys leveled up today so this team will improve.
