Dude, kickers are buff when you get them to higher levels. My kicker, Magreb Yuzbejskisovichkinski, was 6 for 6 on FG today. He hit from 25, 26, 31, 37, 38 and 42 yards! This really helps pile the points on.Also, Otis Scupper ran for another 155 yards today.MVP! MVP! MVP!
5 fumbles and is about 8th in the league in YPC from backs that have at least 100 carries.
Well, most of those fumbles were early on, and only 2 were lost. Also, while you conveniently point ou that I am 8th in YPC, you dont point out that I am averaging more yards per game than anyone.
So you're saying if we gave Keys Myaths, the league's best kicker 300 carries a game, and he averaged 0.9 YPC, he'd be the MVP?
Of course not, but he didnt average 0.9 yds a carry. Top YPC in league: (minimum 100 carries, and 450 yds rushing)4.9 Hal9000 (8 games, 790.5 yds, 98.8 per game)4.6 Ben Haskett (8 games, 497 yds, 62.1 per game)4.6 Ricky Love (7 games, 490.5 yds, 70.1 per game)4.5 Walter Payton (8 games, 853 yds, 94.8 per game)4.5 Thomas Desroaches (8 games, 676 yards, 84.5 per game)4.5 Drifter Nagurski (8 games, 645.5 yds, 80.7 per game)4.4 Otis Scupper (7 games, 835.5 yds, 104.4 per game)4.4 Dean Blevins (12 games, 586 yds, 48.9 per game)4.0 Xander Brock (10 games, 634 yds, 63.4 per game)You are absolutely correct that there are other backs that are averaging more yds a carry, but is that .1 or .2 per carry that big of a deal?
