I recommend retiring him, it will be hard to get playing time. With only 1 QB per team and the backups getting no snaps most times pretty well every starting spot is filled in the game.You won't see playing time as a QB. A #4 WR or CB sees more time, and there are still teams looking for starters at those spots.

I think you get back all the pts you spent to create and boost and 70% of what you spent on equipment.

Unfortunately, you can't even retire until you are cut. It really sucks, at this point in the (Beta) game if you have a MIA owner you can't do a thing about it. Hopefully they will correct this soon. If you retire you get the 200 points back that you used to create him and you get back 70% of any points you used to boost him levels or buy him custom equipment.

Anyone have any advice they would be wiling to share? I'm a RT, so I don't think I can play around with anything to help me, even if I was inclined to.

yeah, I'm very close to level 9 so the next points are in stamina/carrying. But lvl 3 Cover the Ball will help also.

Turn off auto adjust. It's the devil.Do what your team is best at. Are you guys best at running the rock? Then run the thing 75%.Blitzing is useless.That should get you through without any work attached. You should really watch the opposition's last 2 or so games and find out what they do most often, then plan to stop that.
