I was going to wait... maybe do one level early season... one mid... one late... then the other starting tackle boosted all 3 levels and I just couldn't take it, not being the highest level on the team!
Just added some strenght, stamina, and run-stuffing abilities!

The higher the level you are, the less XP's you gain per game. It takes longer for a level 10 player to boost to level 11 than it does for a level 7 player to boost to level 8.So your team might not do as well if you don't boost in the begining of the season. However, your player will be at a higher level, by the end of the season, if you wait to boost.
I didn't have to much of this until the last couple days. Now all of sudden I am going to lose 2 lvl 8 LBs. They said they are not going to boost until they get to their 'friend's' team and will not accept an offer from me. I told them I will only trade them for compensation to sign new players. I got 70K for one and am working on the other.If anyone has a LB let me know. I certainly could sign him for #4 WR but I have a dedicated CB for the returns. I will send an offer and you can decide what is best for you.
I had over 150 offers today. It was absolutely insane... I had a guy offer my $70k and a $15k signing bonus. For a level 4 WR!I ended up signing with a guy who has played on some other sports MMO games for years. It will be interesting to see how a 'veteran' of these sports MMORPG runs things...

Bsically I said 'I am an owner who has been here since early in season one. I was part of a team that won a Championship, and have built players that lead the league at their position. I have spent over $100 on my players, so I am an owner who is here to stay. Having an owner willing to spend money and up level is huge. So that makes more sense. Next time, find out the max bid a player your level can receive (on an L7 OG I sold last night it was $190K).I then posted my Guard on the trades forum, Honestly and accurately describing him with both a link to his attributes and also pasted into the post. I suggested a bid of 185KThe next time I checked pms (a couple minutes?) I had six offers, including one for $190K, the max allowable.I avoid generating 150 redundant offers.=========================Also, they lowered this from last season. The LA Riots played their first game off the year, against the Tulsa Buffaloes, who had the best record in the regular season last year in the Western Conference. The Riots came away with a 34-30 victory led by their running game and the arm of Joe Bryant. Hopefully, the Buffaloes are really good again this year, cause we barely beat em.On another note, the two teams that moved up are REALLY good. It will be interesting to see how good they are in comparison to the other teams.
