I think that's a good idea too. Bort should make sure the premier league in the game is competitive. Maybe if someone starts a thread on that Bort would listen. No one on the ***Official*** team should do that though, because despite the good idea that it is, it would look self serving.They should go ahead and move FBGs (and a few other teams) up now. The West is gonna be a bear next year.We lose Flathead and Dallas and get the Galaxy Aces and the undefeated Las Vegas FreeBirds.There's a good chance both AAA champs will be in the west.They should go ahead and move FBGs (and a few other teams) up now. There are clearly more than two teams in the East that need to be relegated. USA Pro would be a lot more fun without all the cupcakes.Here's hoping you guys can help keep the title in the West. The East/West bs seems to be happening in all leagues. This game has run for all of 3 simulated seasons with the majority of the players and team owners completing a little over 2. That, and the fact that we have a solid 4 man rotation at CB and a stud safety crew. We're always fresh and the DG skill helps keep morale up if they do get a few completions in a row.

Do you think the description of "Defense General" is correct as written? Does it really only affect the secondary? Seems like it should affect the entire defense, like the QB one does for the offense.

Yes, but what about the LBs?Also the O-line gets the boost from both the QB and the C, so it seems fair that the D-line would get both the NT and MLB.

I wouldn't be surprised if the description was off and LBs get a boost too, but hard to say. I think DG is very important, in part because the MLB often has a hard time getting into the play so it is a way that he can contribute on every play. I have DG boosted quite a lot on my Lvl 26 MLB.

I am a GM for a very active and competitive team in Canada Pro. We are looking for a LVL 22+ TE and a LVL 25+ CB. The TE would likely be a backup, but our backups all get substantial playing time. The CB will play a ton regardless of his position on our depth chart(we are likely losing our top rated CB currently on the depth chart).
The owner does an excellent job getting each player the money they need for gear, and the team has been a blast to play for. We finished first in our division this year, but lost in the playoffs to the eventual Canada Pro champion.

The Grinnell Pioneers are looking for a 22+ LDE. We have an amazing defense, but our current LDE has been inactive for a few weeks now, and I can't wait any longer on him. We lost by a missed field goal in the conference championship (very unusual for our kicker) and broke our 38 game win-streak . But if anyone wants to help us start a new one, contact me.
We're also looking for a 21+ CB to be our #3 corner. You'll get significant play time.

Cleveland Bulldogs (Browns themed team) is looking for most positions after new owner came in to find the cupboards bare. If we can get it together, we can build on last year's playoff push. We've got winning formulas in place and are just looking for the talent to fill.
We're looking for talent in the 16-22 level range for those who have free agents out there. Just PM me if you might be up for it!

Ambitious Jones is a Level 14 QB who can't join any of the capped teams today because he's one level too high (cap = Lvl 13). I'm not sure if your team is capped, but he could be added midway through the season if you are.
I'd like to get him signed somewhere (anywhere!) but I'd really like to get him onto a FBG squad as a backup or starter. If you can't sign a Lvl 14 player yet, please keep him in mind for the middle of the season; otherwise I'm considering liquidating him for the Flex Points. I'd rather not have to do that.
Edit: Hey, sign me up! I looked at your player list and it's got levels >13. I can bring another player or two with me, including a Level 21 OT and a Lvl 14 DE if you're interested.

The Defensive General is worth investing in, until the day you're no longer playing the MLB position. That's happened to me twice already.

The Iowa Assassins in USA AA#1 are going to be needing some players in the offseason. We have been around since 1/2 way through season 1. We are going to need the following positions next year for sure:

Agreed, much tougher than the East and it will get worse not better. Makes it a lot more fun though when every game counts instead of going 40 days with only 2-3 good matchups.I would love to bring some guys on board but I am already invested with two other teams in the conference. Here's hoping that Golden State and you guys meet up in the conference finals next year!

Have you guys noticed if all the championship winners go into the same division when they move up a league?? I think that the USA AA West has gotten every champion that moved up and the East keeps getting the second place team.
Are we the only unlucky ones, or does this happen elsewhere?
