Giants came out flat in the second half and Ryan must have tore the D enough new ***holes to start a woodwind section. Dallas had opportunities, but the Giants seem to have weathered it.Newman's down. He's stuck in thw whirling vortex of suck.

The NFL is ridiculous with it's rules favoring the offense. The entire league is way up in passing. Unless you can get pressure on the Qb, there really is no covering someone.Hats off to Eli to just throw it up there so that Cruz can get it.

I think everyone is enamored with anointing that "hot team" at the right moment(a la 2010 Packers). I'm be fired up for this playoff run, and really hope they can make a statement at home next week, but the best teams in football reside in Green Bay and New Orleans, imo.

Good job Giants, there is no doubt you are better than Dallas this season.
I think the Atlanta game next week in NY should be a competitive one but after that on the road against the league's elite I think the NFC East will be done.

Good question Bakes. I think Roddy/Julio will give them fits for 4 quarters, but on the flip side Atlanta can be a totally inept team on the road(outdoors) at times. Also, the Giants have been facing top shelf pass rushers for upwards of the past month. Atlanta isn't know for creating pressure, and I feel confident in Eli when he has time.
Gonna be a good one for sure - very happy to see them back in the post-season!
