I'll get this party started. Is paragraph indention dead?...wait, is this a grammar question? Is punctuation wholly a subset of grammar? ... Should I have capitalized the 'w' in "wait"? Or is it "w" in "wait"? ... What are the style rules for elipses?

I'd call indentation more of a typesetting question than a punctuation question. Definitely not grammar.

I don't recall the word "typesetting" back in the day. Pretty sure indentation and book reports combined to murder a few trees.
