Norm has me pumped up for football. Damn it. I was planning on not caring about it this year.

Does anyone have an interest in a FBG cornhole to the new Allen football stadium? The whole thing is fascinating me. Thinking about adding it to a rotation of seeing a home TCU, SMU and UNT game this season. Which means I won't make any of them.

 
Should be a good year for the Cowboys. The offense should be potent as ever and the defense should be improved. Barring injury or an O line collapse I don't see them missing the playoffs. And I hate the Cowboys.

Interested in Allen. I will likely be at TCU for the KSt game Nov 10th. SMU has some fairly appealing games on the schedule.I can't see going to any of the Mean Green games on purpose though, but then again I recently attended my second Twins-Royals game in the past two seasons so who am I to judge?
 
So the Stars are running out the idea that Jagr is the face of the team this year? Jesus, this is going to be a tough year.

 
Benn and Eriksson are nice, young players. Jagr may end up centering that line.

The other lines will feature... umm... Dan Marino?

 
Romo on the Hardline. He has a comfortable confidence right now. He would not have done this interview last year.

So, Romo called the station on his own, just to talk football on his day off. :shock:

Bob's breakdown of the Cowboys on his blog has gone to another level.

He will be working for them in five years. The amount of work he is putting in for free makes you wonder what he could do if getting paid for it.

 
I was all prepared to watch a crappy Mavs team stink it up last night. I was actually looking forward to it. See the Dirk window close, watch Cuban have to blow it all up after the season and see what comes out of the ashes.

And then they go and beat LA, and now I'm trying to convince myself that if a few things break right, this team might do something. :wall:

 
AM 1310 went silent for about 3 minutes, came back as if nothing was wrong for 1 minute, then gone again for another 5 minutes. It's been back solid since then and nothing has been mentioned about it on air.

 
Off-topic, but kind of the same, I find daily, that my HD2 stream at 995 runs real smooth in the morning, and then by lunch, it starts cutting in and out. I have to switch over to IHeartRadio after that, giving my phone up to the docking station. Anyone else get anything similar? My HD radio is over 4 years old now and wondering if I just need a better one at this point.

When I heard it a while back my immediate thought was to get a length of chain. It is so versatile as a weapon or instrument.Use it to f people up or wrap it around a rack to pull people down if they climb up to get away.

They need to be on a station with a little more bandwidth. The timing of that is interesting. There was a picture circulating of Greggo at super bowl which was, um, odd. now I can't find it anywhere I can get to at work.Then there was some story going around how people stole one of his expensive watches as a bit, and then returned it. Or something. It doesn't seem to add up. I feel bad for the guy, really.
